I recently ordered a double espresso, but they mistakenly gave me a single espresso in a small cup. When they realized the error, they promptly refilled the cup with a double shot, which was almost overflowing. I politely requested a larger cup since it had a lid, but the staff informed me that their new policy required serving espresso in a specific cup. However, I clarified that this wasn?t the case, as I had received the same drink the previous day without any issues. They explained that each store had its own policy, but I pointed out that this was the very store I had visited the day before. I?m puzzled by their unnecessary drama and the false information they provided.

I have visited the pret today. Outside it was too hot like 29 °C and I was thinking I can have my lunch in the pret because the team and the food are always perfect for me. But inside of the pret it felt like more than 29°C. I have asked the team about the air conditioning, and they said it is not working properly, the air conditioners pushing hot air instead of cold air. They said they already raised the issue to the pret hq. I felt so sad about the team and barista because they are sweating because they are standing near the coffee machine so it's hotter over there. I have noticed some chocolates are melted down because of the hot inside. Brilliant team and the customer service was awesome. If you guys are concerned about the comfort of the customers and employees please fix the air conditioners..

Watford Pret: efficient staff, polite, friendly. Food: super. Ambience: very pleasant.Thumbs down: saw a customer with 2 small dogs. He was holding one and the other was on a lead, sniffing where packed crisps were stored. Put me off. The staff were understandably busy. They really wouldn't have noticed if that little dog marked his territory i.e.urinated. Quite yucks! So no crisps for me from Watford Pret.

I visit almost daily. Most of time for hot drink and sometimes eat. The salads and baguettes are absolutely delicious. The staff are friendly and polite. Lovely atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: The staff are whole family friendly

Ok - but somethings missing. This used to be my regular, but it seems like something is missing.On return, now dirty and disorganised - give it a miss.
