I have stayed at this hotel multiple times for work and have never been let down. The service is impeccable and whenever there has been an issue the staff are quick to sort it.
You can?t beat the breakfast and the rooms are just what you need after a hard days work.
I want to give a special thank you to Emer, James, Kamal, Daniela, Katy and Adrian (and all the staff that work there I haven?t met) for making it a home from home.

When we arrived there was a staff member shouting at reception at another staff member. Two men on reception did not apologise for disruption or try to calm the situation. My 2 young children were with is and it was a horrible atmosphere to arrive too.
Similarly, at breakfast one of the staff was extremely rude. She lost her temper at one point again with another member of staff over our vegetarian order. Very unpleasant guest experience.
The room was OK we stayed for two nights.

Food and drinks: The breakfast wasn?t what they stated on the menu, if you want value for money I would get the full cooked breakfast not just the continental. There was no pastries, no toast, very little fruit, no pancakes or croissants. So basically it was £9 for a bowl of cereal with fruit.

We stayed here for two nights and the staff were fabulous from start to finish, especially Carl and Raphael! They went above and beyond to make our stay outstanding and Raphael especially was exceptional!! We can?t thank him enough for being so kind and thoughtful to our group. He is a credit to the hotel and I hope management know what an amazing member of the team he is.

What you'd expect from a premier inn room so not bad there.
£10 extra for early check in. But was only 2 hours early. Seems a bit poor.
Room was way to hot, did provide 2 fans but no option for Aircon or to open the window a bit more.
TV had no signal apart from a few channels and didn't even have BBC 1.
Juat not quite up to normal premier inn standards.

I've stayed in multiple premier inns, this has to be the worst. The rooms have no air-con and got upto 32° last night, we knew this because the console in the room tells you the room temp. It was sticky and uncomfortable. Resulting in about 4 hours sleep. The 3 of us visited the Grove and Harry Potter world. This hotel is in a great location for these but the awful nights sleep has definitely put a downer on it. Breakfast was very mid, not much flavour and when items ran out it was a 5 minute wait for it to be replenished. Having stayed in multiple hotels for work i can say this breakfast was in the bottom 5. If you want a hot, sticky uncomfortable night with a sub par breakfast this is the hotel for you.

No aircon, fan provided, other than that a solid no-nonsense Premier Inn. Breakfast was good, location good, £8 parking for overnight. In all a good experience.
Nearby activities: Great base for a visit to Warner Brothers Studios.

We stayed in Watford central to go to Harry Potter and the check in was really quick Daniel was really helpful. The room was clean, tidy and although a little warm for us there was a fan that helped. We had dinner which was lovely thank you chef and generally really enjoyed our stay.
Rooms: Nice size room, clean and tidy with a good size bath.
Food & drinks: The breakfast was what we expected full buffet with lots of choice. The dinner was nice not so many people so the service was great and the food overall really good.

I stayed at this hotel for a work event and had such a great stay. there was a large group of us and we definitely caused a bit of hassle so just wanted to thank Harrison and Daniel for putting up with our group and being so accommodating :)

Perfect location for train into Wembley. Rooms clean just a bit dated. Breakfast was just ok, not much choice and had to wait for fresh items to come out.

Ideal to stay to visit the WB Studios Harry Potter.
Very comfortable rooms for families and the perfect buffet breakfast.
Rooms: King size double bed and two beds for children, bathroom with bathtub and space for suitcase.
They have a water heater and some teas courtesy of the hotel.
