I?ve seen these restaurants popping up all over the place so I thought I would give them a go. I went into the Wimbledon store & ordered 3 pieces of chicken, what I received was 2 pieces of chicken, a wing & a piece of skin! I thought it was mistake but the manager explained that 3 pieces actually means 2 pieces and well what I can only describe as a piece of crap they have lying around! I was baffled when the manager explained that it was ??standard operating procedure? to give 2 pieces & a wing. The chicken itself was at best OK, it lacked flavour and definitely didn?t make up for what they gave me as 3 pieces. I would never go back.

Literally a box meal. A burger and selects. I?m unsure how hard that is.
Genuinely like someone can?t count three times on an order. The labels said 1 of 3 2 of 3 so maybe the bloody sticker 3 of 3 lying about is a clue.

Filsan here gave us an enjoyable experience serving our food within 4 minutes and cleaning up once we were done, asking us if there were any problems and if we were enjoying the food. Would definitely come back.
