I have worked with Pilatus for the last 3 years as a supplier.Pilatus has treated us as a part of their business and worked very closely with us to ensure that we can deliver the best service for them.It has been a true partnership approach and collaborative way of working.The entire Pilatus team are a pleasure to work with.

If you fit the profile for them then it?s a bonus for you. Felt like I couldn?t breath whilst working here, very micro managed and controlling!Some hard working staff are over looked and taken advantage off and at times spoken down to and then you have other members of staff who have very ?diva? like behaviour who are very rude and insensitive and no self awareness of how they are behaving and then have the cheek to speak to you like you are a PA to them because they can?t be bothered to do their own filing or assigned work.Wouldn?t say it was a nice fun working environment.Expected to do warehouse duties which are vast and not elaborated on during interview process with working in the fridge being quite significant and taking off pallets off lorries which didn?t quite fit the job spec provided.What Pilatus do as a business is great and they have some solid good processes in place it?s a shame it?s not followed through in their working environment and staff attitude.

I've been lucky enough to work with Pilatus as a client for over three years. From day one I have always found them not only professional but also genuine and caring. All the team always have time for you when visiting the head office in Watford and are so welcoming. Couldn't think of a nicer place to work where the staff truly enjoy their job and have a great working culture!! Well done on getting it right!!
