I had such a wonderful experience at Phase Eight recently. Donya was incredibly warm and welcoming ? she kindly held a dress for me in the fitting room and offered honest, thoughtful advice on sizing, which I really appreciated. When I asked about styling, Vikki the manager gave me genuinely helpful input on pairing the dress with a bolero. She suggested a pashmina instead, as it suited the outfit better ? no hard sell, just great, honest guidance. In a time when true customer care feels rare, this experience stood out. Thank you both for making shopping feel special again!

Had a really exceptional shopping experience at the Watford store today.I was very warmly welcomed as I entered the shop by Donya who then went on to give me a very helpful and personal service.I was looking for a little jacket to go with a wedding outfit.She found me exactly what I was looking for.
