The shop is amazing and the people who work there are knowledgeable. We had our dog groomed there once and all was well (more expensive than previous independent groomer surprisingly), but the 2nd time we went back they did not have a record of our appointment even though they confirmed they held a deposit so no idea what happened there. The lady on the grooming reception was really abrasive and rude so I won?t be going to the groomer again. The rest of the store though obviously we will be back ?

Pets at home, with a Vets for Pets inside. Get your animals vaccinations etc sorted out. Also has a Groom Room, is it time for their wash and hair cut?

I took my Frenchie to get his nails cuts as my vet refused to do it unless he was sedated.
Joanna the dog groomer was very friendly and professional. I did put a muzzle on because when he?s scared he growls and I held him.
Joanna was very reassuring, super quick , all his nails cut within a couple of minutes.
A huge thank you to Joanna!
Excellent customer service and for being so good with a very anxious Frenchie.
