Hi,
I ordered the pizza on 14th November 2024, when I received the order it was very cold, I ordered 7.15pm and I received at 8.18pm.
So I came to know they have tie with uber for delivery if anyone order pizza over the phone uber deliver food for them. But staff was nice offer me refund which I haven't received it yet it's been a week now. I came to know owner of the papa john's franchise has to process the refund procedure which I didn't get it. But staff is lovely, pizza taste is good.
But owner of the franchise is not professional at all.

What do you think. Imagine receiving food like this? This isn't the drivers fault....you can tell by the way it has been given. I asked someone to refund that part of my order. Then the manager Sohail explain that they can't and that they'll give me an extra side next time. But right now there is no driver....totally unfair. Never order from Watford branch again

Pizza was bland, cold and label was not sealed on the box on arrival. Watford branch always slacking. Had a pizza from here before and it was covered in salt. Stick to Rickmansworth you won?t get tasteless pizzas.

Yesterday ordered large pizza and they didn?t have large dough for that. So they made all pizza in medium dough and not even changing in the delivery app. £2.99 you pay extra to get medium. Great!!
Staff needs to be trained more on customer service rather then arguing and saving stock

The potato that is advertised with cheese and bacon came with a couple of bits or bacon and literally no cheese, this is not what?s advertised. I was missing the garlic butter too please see pictures attached? I tried to get through to your team in the phone but struggled and no email address to contact so I have had to write this review for others to be aware.

I just order a garlic bread with garlic sauce and i get a garlic bread with no cheese and a withe herbal garlic sauce instead of the clasic sauce ,they say nothing about that .i just feel scamed...

On the night of August 15, we purchased two pizzas, and both were extremely disappointing. When we opened the boxes, we were shocked to find that there were hardly any toppings, and the taste was terrible. We were a group of people, and notably, not a single one of us enjoyed the pizzas. One of the pizzas was supposed to be a barbecue chicken pizza, but we discovered bacon in it. I am severely allergic to bacon, so how can people trust them.??????Worst pizza shop in watford.

On Thursday the 15th, we ordered two pizzas after 11:30 PM, and it turned out to be the worst pizza experience we've ever had. The toppings were incredibly sparse, making the pizza bland and unappetizing. We specifically ordered a barbecue chicken pizza, expecting it to contain only chicken, but when we got home and opened the box, we were shocked to find pork instead. One of us has a severe allergy to pork and beef, and this mistake could have had serious consequences if we hadn?t caught it in time.

Ordered one large all meat pizza and spicy wings.
The pizza was as hard as a rock and the wings was rotten and smelling.
Called them and he told me I should call customer service .

Used to be good, but now when I order it?s like biting into a chunk of cardboard, will definitely be switching to Domino?s from now on
Even last week I had to go collect my delivery order as no drivers were available, should just disable delivery choice during this time if that is the case

I had a terrible experience with Papa John's. I called to order 18 pizzas for a party of 25 people, but the staff refused to take my order, despite my requests. It was very embarrassing. Thankfully, Domino's happily took my order and delivered in 30 minutes. I'll never order from Papa John's again.

Terrible customer service from the Watford store. We ordered the vegan chicken ?sf bites? and potato?s tots combo as one of our sides and it was delivered with actual chicken instead of the vegan one. Phoned up thinking no problem they?ll swap it out only for the so called manager to tell us that actually what we ordered doesn?t exist (despite the label on the box saying vegan chicken and potato tots, and then somehow managing to get the other vegan chicken we had on the order correct). My girlfriend literally had to beg on the phone for him to understand that he?d sent the wrong item after which point I took over and had a few choice words with the ?manager? (manager in the loosest terms) about how rude he was to my girlfriend to which he then all of a sudden agreed to send out the correct item. It?s a shame as normally the store send everything correct however, this experience has made myself and my girlfriend really reconsider ordering from them again. Poor. Poor. Poor.
