INFURIATING!!!
Bought a pair of shoes from the store today and got home to discover they had given me the worn display shoe which is a totally different colour to the other one, and caved in on the toe - it looks completely battered. This now means I cannot wear the shoe for the event I wanted AND I?m going to have to go back to the shop to return it? you need to learn a lesson from your competitors at Schuh Watford as the level of care and attention they give is 10000000x better ?????

Bad quality shoes and bad returns terms. Seemed comfortable when I tried them at the shop but when I tried them at home for a few hours, they quickly started to feel uncomfortable. Smart work shoes but don't expect to wear them for more than a few hours at a time. Clarks is much better quality hands down.Tried to return them 2 days later and I was offer an exchange or a voucher with 2 year expiry because they were on sale. Thing is, I will never bother shopping at office again due to the bad quality. They know this so they don't want their shoes back and for me that is a confirmation from them and an acknowledgement of their inferior quality.Staff were nice and helpful.

Disgraceful staff no manners and of no help what so ever. So went in today to get my daughter some converse they came out with them in a Box 2 times two small and ripped I asked for another box theu said no. So there lose £55

Went in today to buy a pair of shoes as a present. I clearly over heard the lady employee say ?keep an eye on her? to her male colleague. (For context I am a person of colour) I still bought the shoes as they were a present but if I was in there for myself I would?ve left immediately. Never going back again.

Yesterday I was in this branch to buy boots for myself, I chose two pairs of boots and I asked the lady who was wearing glasses and the employees there to bring them for me to wear. This word helped me and this lady treated me very badly and I lost all my energy to buy shoes.
