I thought the food and coffee was made really nicely. We had the breakfast sandwich and the Salmon bagel which were pretty good. However, they were very busy and evidently understaffed, service was incredibly slow. I queued for 10 minutes to order and waited another 25 minutes for the 2 coffees. The food took another 15 minutes after the drinks. So it took just under 1 hour to receive our order after arrival. For too long for a cafe. Went in the shopping centre and was served a slightly better coffee in under 2 minutes.

I love this experience! You are sitting on a soft sofa near a panoramic window. People are running, but you are not going anywhere and enjoying toast with fig and goat cheese. It was divine!

THE best coffee. All other coffee shops are a disappointment compared to Ocean Bells. Service is always lovely, and the biscoff latte is like a warm hug. Delicious lunch options too, the halloumi flatbread is a favourite.

Lovely spot, I love coming here for brunch and coffee. The atmosphere it welcoming and relaxed, good place to work from. The ocean bells toast and biscoff latte is delicious. The coffee here generally is smooth and easy to drink and my go-to in Watford High street

This is for Nandos at the mall in WATFORD junction. The employees are very alert and welcoming as soon as you open the door. They are very organized and you can order your food by scanning a bar code or you can still do it the old way by going to the till. The fries are second to none. I enjoyed my food and I was full. I have been to this restaurant each time I am in the UK. Check it out

Coffee reviewers will know by now I tend to seek out the independent shops rather than the large multinational corporations. Ocean Bells was all rather wonderful. I got my caffeine fix and enjoyed sampling their fabulous carrot cake.

Very tasty Avocado on sourdough toast with Hummus and beetroot. I've had this a few times in cafes and this was one of the best. My girlfriend also enjoyed her fig and goagscheese on toast. The person who took our order was also happy to adapt our order to our preferences.Strawberry smoothy was delicious, too. Will definitely be back.

Such a cute little cafe. I thought it would be tiny inside but it was actually very spacious. The prices were pretty good and I would definitely come again.

Bright, clean town centre coffee shop staffed by laid-back, to the point of laconic, counter staff I was roundly ignored while waiting to place an order and, once I had, was invited to pay before any preparation commenced. At this point I was invited to leave a tip (suggested at up to 20%) for some reason, but declined the opportunity.
The coffee was very good even though it was served in a tumbler, making it too hot too pick up.
The food strove to be less than average. Thinking back, I must have ordered cool poorly-mixed unseasoned scrambled eggs on unbuttered bread with limp garnish; that?s certainly what I got. A smoked salmon dish looked better.

Very cute and cozy atmosphere, and the Nutella Cake is to die for (not sure if they still offer it, if not, they should add it to the selection again)! Also love the Peanut Butter Mocha. The staff is very friendly and it's a great place to wind down or get some work done. Absolutely recommend!

The cold brew is disappointing as too much ice and just like water with coffee taste.
