I used the branch today for the first time with my Aunt- helping her do some banking, as she is quite elderly. It's probably the best customer service I've ever received in any context or location.\\n\\nWe were served by Darshra, she was utterly professional and courteous and made us feel at ease, during the long process of a complex transfer of funds. She was patient and considerate of our needs made us feel like nothing was too much trouble.\\n\\nWe were served very quickly and left feeling quite blown away by how well we were treated. A blueprint for customer service really and I very much hope this review finds it's way back to her Manager!\\n\\nThanks again.

Applied for my PPI claim from a loan I had some time ago, and NatWest choose to 'LIE'.....stating they had no record of my loan/PPI.\\nWhat an appalling bank, and glad to of closed my account and rid of them.

Spent 27 minutes on the phone trying to make an appointment to pen a fixed rate bond. Passed from one person to another, none of whom could help me or put me through to the branch. I have been a customer at the same branch for 53 years!

The staff at this bank are absolutely amazing! I came in yesterday and discovered that i had fallen for a scam and got quite upset, they were excellent at reassuring me and sorted out the problems. Today i received a delivery, they sent me a box of chocolates to cheer me up, truly the best bank :)

So bad service. Been waiting for 20 min just two people in queue myself and one more person. Twice I asked for help and i told them I was getting late for work and response was one minute someone will be with but 20 min no one was there to help. Watford branch.

Visited Natwest Mon 30th March, was held outside in a queue and when I got in I was directed to the paying in cash machine. The machine wouldnt accept the cheque 3 times so I was sent to back of the branch to cashier. The cashier was lovely, she greeted me and held a conversation the whole time she was serving. Yes there was a barrier up but she was clearly happy to be at work and extremely friendly, she even asked me "about me" She was very different from the two ladies at front of shop, other than talking to each other, when I spoke they closed their mouths making me feel like a leper even though i maintained the 2 meter rule.

Staff would not allow disabled gentleman on Shopmobility Watford scooter to wait in bank for assistance this morning. Asked him to wait outside in freezing temperatures. The scooter was the way but they could have been more helpful. M

Visited to pay money in I used the self service machine. I had one question however the was no staff to ask no coordinator and no-one at the tills however people waiting at till and at what looked like a waiting area. Never have I seen a bank branch run like this. It was my first time in there servicing my new account. Never again

Friendly but incredibly slow staff and just one bank teller working. Of course there are signs reminding you to be polite but this is just management ignoring the reasons why some people will lose their patience.

Lady at the till too lazy to even cash a cheque for me. Waited in the queue for 10 minutes as there was only one person serving on the tills, as a new customer to natwest didn't realise there was a machine to do this for me. As I got to the till the woman said there is 3 machines at the front that can do this for you. I was just about to cash my cheque there but no I thought why should I, told her I waited 10 minutes here can't you just do it for me and by force she cashed my cheque. Why be so LAZY and do the job you are paid to do and provide customers with a service.
