Went into Watford branch today to hand in notification of wishes for a maturing account. The lady snatched the request form from my wife?s hand and walked off. Meanwhile the man at the cash desk was able to handle my request with just a grunt. My how the standards have dropped

Switched to nationwide account details arrived 6 weeks later even went to branch to get the details. They said you need to wait for it to come in the post. Later they didn't pay the bonus saying I haven't met the requirements in time!! Wasted so much of my time

The staff here are amazing. Attentive and empathetic. Michelle and Zuzie in particular went above and beyond today with a request. The request was difficult and time consuming but this was done with a smile and without question.I am forever grateful for their help. Thank you so much to Nationwide and their amazing staff.

I like the mutuality of the business. The branch is open plan and welcoming. Choose your time carefully though, you can just walk in and get served or get unlucky like me and have a 10+ minute wait. A member of staff did come along the queue but couldn't deal with the majority of us in the queue. When I do get seen the staff are helpful and empathic. I would happily recommend this institution.

Lyn at this branch was SO helpful. Been having issues for years with Nstionwide, I?ve never been able to access my isa or online banking. Lyn resolved it so quickly and I wish I came in sooner!

I cannot fault Nationwide The Parade Watford. Over he last year I opened an online account, I had nothing but trouble with it and he Staff have been wonderful trying to fix my faults. They have persevered well beyond their job descriptions. All the staff have been so helpful. Even the lady from Rickmansworth branch, she spent a very long time sorting out my problems. If you have branch of the year awards, I recommend that The Parade gets it. So grateful to them.

The girls in Watford branch are truely amazing. They guided me through the very difficult problems I had with an LPA for my cousin who has banked with Nationwide for a long time. They made life so much easier in a time of so many other problems outside the bank to deal with. First class Staff.
