Long queue to get in, the take away queue was the same as the waiting for a table.
I was advised to order through the app and put a table down, which we did, the quarter chicken was cold when it arrived and very little meat.

Excellent service. Halal spot. Great food. Went with kids and staff were absolutely amazing. Food was hot and tasty, not over cooked

I go to Nando's a lot, this branch was the worst!! Staff were lovely and atmosphere okay but it was the portions sizes OMG I was too embarrassed to even mention! It was my sons birthday and he wanted to eat there, I sat there with my 4 children in disbelief at what I got served. After spending £60 on air I had to go to kfc. Honestly is the Branch manager trying to cut back on portions?? Really? I know times are hard but this is a joke. If you want to get your moneys worth do not go to this brunch, I will be writing to head office too!

It's the larger of the two Nando's on Watford High Street and is pretty much the same as every other Nando's I've been to.

Always enjoy my time here, is spacious for groups but they also have smaller tables. They do have limited space to leave buggies also but if you collapse them it should be fine.
I've been here several times before and not really had any issues. The food is cooked as expected, waiting times can be long when it's busy as expected and they have everything that other Nandos have. Indoor and outdoor seating is available.
Vegetarian options: There's a section on the menu
Dietary restrictions: They do ask you from before you order so they can advise you
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, have high chairs and activities for the little ones

Overall great experience, very professional service and freshly prepare food. We were a family of 9 people so this branch offer multiple seating areas which can accommodate large groups. Best part is this branch serves #halal halal chicken. Conveniently located on Watford high street with plenty of parking options. Highly recommended if you are around this area.

It's been a few years since we did Nandos, always used to enjoy it so decided to pop in.
Not really impressed to be honest and won't be rushing back. Food was ok, nothing wrong with it as such but not great. Just warm food, not hot. Always good if it gets to you hot so you can pick away as it's cooling but not here. Not the chicken or the corn or the chips. All just warm. Food came, didn't wait long at all for that but then took almost 10 minutes for us to get plates for the food. Not ideal.
The staff we dealt with I have to say we're lovely and polite and helpful so no complaints there at all. The lad welcoming you at the door and seeing us to the table, polite and helpful, all good. The young lady serving us and helping with our enquiries, super nice and polite even though you could see she was very busy and pushed for time with how busy it was. Poor management that she's left to it without help at this time.
Also, at this time of year you don't want to to be sitting by the window. Every table there the customers all having to sit with their coats on due to the atrocious draught coming through which is ridiculously tried to be fixed with masking tape all over the gaps!!
So, food was average and nothing great, staff were lovely, but should be better managed and maintained.

Customer service in this location is abysmal. I would like to know what you pay your serving staff for? You order your own food by yourself, when they bring it and you ask whether you can have a glass of tap water, the waiter says - and I quote: ?Get it yourself from the till?
When you go to the till, you stand there for 10 minutes whilst waiters are looking at you and walking away without even acknowledging you.

The worst Nandos I've ever been to.
Dirty toilet. No plates available. No music playing. Cold food. Spicy burger instead of lemon and herbs.
Woodside Nandos is much better.
