Disgusting customer service this company is a scam and thieves i placed an order for a 3-piece suit with a 42R waistcoat when it arrived the waistcoat was a 36R. I called customer service and I was advised to place a new order and return the wrong item for a refund I did exactly that. I sent it via Royal Mail with all honesty that I will get my refund back. It's now been 3 weeks I received an email to confirm the returned item for refund has been received at the warehouse and I will get my refund in 7 days as of yet I'm still disputing this refund as customer services keep making accuses that the item hasn't been received.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Hodan on two occasions once when I needed a suite for Royal Ascot and again for a wedding in Sicily. She was incredibly friendly, and professional, and really took the time to help me choose the perfect size and style. Everything fit perfectly and looked great. I truly appreciated her support and attention to detail. I?ll definitely be coming back to her next time I need a suite. If you need one I recommend asking for her.

I had high hopes for my appointment at Moss Bros Watford. The staff were genuinely friendly, and the quality of the suits was great, no complaints there. But unfortunately, the experience left me disappointed.
I had booked an appointment expecting a bit of focused attention or at least some kind of structure. Instead, I ended up waiting around while the staff juggled multiple customers, clearly stretched far too thin. It felt more like I was trying to grab someone?s attention in a busy shop rather than attending a scheduled fitting.
This doesn?t seem like a reflection on the team, they were doing their best and remained polite throughout. But it does raise a few questions: What?s the point of offering appointment slots if there?s no real system in place to honour them? Is this a staffing issue, or is it just how Moss Bros runs things? Are appointments genuinely valued, or are they more of a box-ticking exercise?
I left feeling like I could?ve just walked in without booking and had the same (or better) outcome. Hopefully Moss Bros can rethink how they handle their appointments, because the in-store team deserve better support.

I went to the shop and purchased three suits. Mohamed told me to come pick them up on Friday. However, when I arrived, another salesperson threw the suits at me without suit bags. I was shocked and asked him where the suit bags were. He informed me that I would have to pay £15 for them. The total cost of the suits was £1,600. When I got home, I found that the suits were dirty and the material was of very poor quality. I would rate you zero stars if I could.

Mohammed is an excellent associate. Very helpful, kind, and smart. I?ve purchased 2 suits and a coat here solely because of his customer service and the quality of the products. Highly recommend!

Came in to buy my 15 year old brother a suit after looking around a few different shops. Was taken care of nicely by Abdi who was very attentive and charismatic, taking the time to answer our questions and making sure we were happy with our choice. We were then served by Umar and Muhammad at the tills who were friendly and conversational. All round great experience at the store with great service from the gents and best quality in products. Much appreciated.

Terrible customer service - refusing to do anything about a pair of expensive suit trousers when the fabric split along the bottom cheek area after less than 10 wears whilst walking up some stairs. They think that's acceptable. Shocking!
