My usual McDonald?s meal is a large wrap of the day meal, 3 chicken selects and 4 ketchups. Been having this for years and never had a problem before. Tonight at 6:30 I didn?t get the chilli sauce. Told the guy he had forgotten it to which he said that as I had 4 ketchups I wouldn?t be getting the chilli sauce. Told him to just give me it to which he said next time it was one or the other. I don?t go McDonald?s for an argument. Appalling service.

Love this mcdonald's. We've had to travel up to this area for a while now, stopped here, every time, food always nice and hot, staff really nice and very clean.thank you.
Wheelchair accessibility: All on ground floor. Parking good too.

Possibly the worst McDonald?s I have ever used. Once again A41 Bushey (near Sandy Lane) McDonald?s did not fail to disappoint. Drink was leaking, (okay this happens) food was cold again and once again an item was missing. This is the second order in a row where food has been missing. I live close by and normally collect and check as they never seem to get it right and I check every time before leaving and 25% of the time the order is wrong. Love McDonald?s but the one on the A41 is now becoming the local joke between residents. I should have know better, getting it delivered. Will not be using again. I don?t normally do reviews but McDonald?s really, your service is becoming a joke. Anyone reading, you have been warned.

I just use the drive through which super-fast and super-efficient. The staff nice, polite and efficient everything you want in a drive through.

I asked for two barbecue dips and they didn't give it to me at the drive-thru. They are also supposed to ask me if I want any sauces at the end but they didn't. They didn't even give me any tissues.

Love their apple pie and fries. However, they don't really cater for strict vegetarians with possible cross contamination between veg and non veg items.
Vegetarian options: There are few with no guarantee of cross contamination between veg and non veg options. Ideally a separate area would be good for vegetarian options plus an undertaking the fries would be fried in a vegetarian oil not mixed with non veg.
Dietary restrictions: It's not for everyone.
