A first for us to do a McDonald's abroad. We had a happy meal, a small menu and two triple cheese and bacon menus, plus two mac flury. The price is very attractive, we got it for less than at home.
As for the food, the burgers were very good and the fries too.
While waiting for the order, the children played on a tablet provided. There are also Christmas themed coloring pages.
I found the restaurant to be clean

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it is possible to access it in a wheelchair and there are places available downstairs

We had a dirty table when we ask for it to be cleaned they wiped it with a dirty tissue and we had to clean our table and we saw other customers cleaning there own table during our experience

Friday evening at 18.00 was always going to be a challenge in a fast food restaurant but the service was particularly slow and took nearly 25 mins from ordering to getting the food, the food was luke warm and not very appetising which after the wait was disappointing to say the least.

my daughter took some paper and crayon because she likes to color in her pastime and some lady that worked there she always stands right in front of the crayon box so that no one can take them, my daughter very politely asked to take some crayon and she refused to give them to her after that i went there and i took some crayons telling her to move away from the place because my daughter was scared to ask her. Acting like this with kids when they want jst to color? UNBELIEVABLE

Such a worst place to sit we ordered one sweet chilli wrap after 30 minutes we got to know that they haven't got sweet chilli sauce with them and then they give a strong order having Fried Chicken instead of grilled chicken such a worst place to eat and sit

Trays and food waste all over the place, tables cluttered with food waste, food waste bins overflowing. Mentioned to staff that there was no where to sit, we have no staff. Not a good idea.
