I went in Morrisons on Saturday especially for cat food and paracetamol but I picked up more goodies in my shopping basket
When it came to pay my bank card was not going through
I attempted 3 times tried cashing money even tried other means no luck
I was feeling so embarrassed Then realised my card was blocked due to bank fraud phew
The assistant Aiden had packed my shopping and I told him I will go home and come back to pay
He insisted saying don?t worry and had paid for it
I was more embarrassed and insisted on getting my daughter to come and pay
We came back relieved and paid AIDEN back
He was so kind and courteous Humanity at its best
I couldn?t thank him enough for having trust in me
Thank you again to Morrisons too for employing kind friendly staff who are most efficient too

I went into Morrisons last Saturday hoping to get some smoked salmon for my breakfast. Unfortunately, I couldn?t find it so went to ask the manager where it was. The manager was very friendly and kind but informed me that they don?t sell smoked salmon there! I was very shocked and disappointed! The manager was very polite about it but I would need to see smoked salmon to give a 5 star review. Please escalate this to your CEO.

I come in and use the post office everyday for my business purposes and never have any problems. Staff are absolutely fantastic and are a good laugh!
