I have been shopping at this local store for the past three years. They offer almost everything I need at reasonable prices. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Poor service. Of the many times I?ve attended to use the postal services over the last few months the within their postal opening hours, I have been able to use it 0 times. There is always an excuse as to why they can?t take or process post that day - first it?s they?ve run out of stamps or they don?t have enough money or they don?t have a collection that day or the latest one, the money collection is in 5 minutes so they can?t take in post. They really and truly should not be allowed to render Post Office services if they can?t be reliably depended on. I will be writing to the local newspaper. Perhaps a change will come from that.

I had a great experience at Londis supermarket. The customer service was excellent ? I was greeted warmly as soon as I entered the store, which made me feel genuinely welcomed. The staff were polite, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. It?s clear they value their customers and take pride in providing good service. A pleasant and professional shopping experience overall!

Really great local shop with everything you need. It?s always tidy and well-stocked, and the staff go out of their way to be helpful. I?ve popped in many times and always had a good experience. I recently visited londis and was thoroughly impressed by both the selection and the service. The store offers a fantastic variety of spirits, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, with something for every taste and budget. Whether you're looking for a unique craft beer, an old favorite, or a special bottle of wine for a celebration, they have it all.
The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, offering helpful recommendations when I was unsure what to pick. It's always a great feeling to be greeted with a smile and a genuine interest in helping you find exactly what you're looking for.
The store is well-organized and easy to navigate, and prices are competitive with other places in the area. Plus, the store always seems to have great promotions, which is an added bonus!

I've been using this Londis shop regularly, and I can confidently say it's one of the best in the area. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and organized, offering a wide range of beverages, snacks, and daily essentials at very reasonable prices.

Londis at Garston Park Parade is a brilliant local shop. The store is always clean, well-organised, and easy to navigate. The staff are really friendly and welcoming ? they always greet you with a smile and are happy to help if you need anything. It?s got everything you need for a quick visit ? whether it?s groceries, snacks, or just popping in for essentials. It?s a great little spot in the community and I always enjoy shopping here. I shopped here today at 17.25pm and I'm sharing my latest experience.
The staff are usually speaking to one another in SRI LANKAN whilst serving customers, playing on their phones or busy in phone calls in the SRI LANKAN language, they never greet, use the word please or say thank you, no matter how much we spend in the Londis shop! The staff are usually not presentable or otherwise appear scruffy. On occasions the shop smells foul and it appears odours are coming from the staff as a result of them not taking regular or frequent showers or having any knowledge or understanding of personal hygiene.
A few questions for Londis head Office (have also been contacted separately today) about Londis Garston and the staff.
Are the staff authorised to work in the UK?
Are the staff trained on manners or etiquette? Are the staff allowed to just wash once a week or something along those lines?
What about Customer Service - do they know what that is?

Decently stocked. Unfortunately the man who served me didn't bother to greet me, or even look me in the eye as he took the money for the items I purchased. He was also watching something out loud on his phone.
