Rude shop owner and staff ? no respect for customers
The shop owner and workers were incredibly rude and unprofessional. There were no greetings, no basic courtesy, and absolutely no respect for customers. It felt like we were a bother just for walking in. I won?t be coming back, and I wouldn?t recommend this place to anyone.

I?ve returned DPD parcels at this store before with no issue, but today they refused to accept my package without giving a clear explanation. The staff was unhelpful, even though I?ve used their location multiple times for the same return service. Very disappointing experience, especially when there?s no information posted that the store no longer accepts DPD returns.
Clear communication and consistent service would go a long way.

The worst customer service you could get. I have been coming to this store for over a year now with no issues at all, wouldn?t say the best customer service but it was decent until today 30/08/23 at approximately 5pm. I walked in with my two little sisters as they wanted to buy some snacks. I noticed there were two workers whom I have never noticed before. The shop was empty. Usually they are never busy. As I was browsing the sweets section with my little sisters the guy at the till came out and started watching us as if to assume we?re going to steal, baring in mind I?m a grown man with money. I decided to not take offence to this and continued to put items at the till whilst I was still shopping as my hands would?ve been too full to carry things. I then went to the crisps section and a very short dark skinned south Asian worker asked me in a very rude manner ?are you here to actually shop?? to which I responded with ?what do you mean?? To which the dark skinned short south Asian man responded with ?you can?t pick things up and put things back? which doesn?t make sense to me as I have a choice if I want to look at something and decide not to purchase it, it?s a shop after all. He then carried on accusing me of misplacing things which I didn?t even do and he was pointing to things I didn?t even touch. I always put things back where they belong. At this point I decided to walk out the store with my sisters without making a purchase and both workers started laughing at me. It was a horrible experience to say the least. Although Londis wouldn?t probably care but you have just lost a customer. I really do hope they see this and improve their customer service as you don?t treat people like this especially when they?re buying things from your shop.

No customer service or assistance. Doesn't accept Amazon returns, although they are still registered as an Amazon return provider with Amazon.

The staff in the shop are useless. They mess up the DPD parcel collections and the parcels sit in the shop for several days. DO NOT use this shop for DPD collection or drop off.
