We visited the restaurant on a busy Friday evening with a group of over 30 people. Despite the high volume of guests, the staff were very helpful, efficient and accommodating throughout our visit. The food was good as always. The team was friendly and attentive. A special thank you to Shini who supported us throughout the evening with incredible patients and speed. She handled our requests promptly and made sure everyone in our large group felt taken care of. Thank you all!

The food, xinxim curry was passable enough if a bit on the bland side. The Padron peppers were good. My gripe is that £19 for a pre-prepared microwaved curry (you could tell by the chicken) is excessive. A fancy ?authentic? serving dish could not disguise the ready meal nature of the meal. Service was okay but nothing special. It shows how far standards of chain restaurants have declined in recent years.

Visited Las Iguanas in Watford and was really disappointed with the service. The restaurant was busy but there seemed to be only one person serving the whole floor, which meant long waits for drinks, food, and even just getting attention at the table. The atmosphere itself was nice, but the lack of staff made the experience frustrating. Definitely needs better service to match the vibe.

I was turned away from the door with my children with the restaurant almost immediately as there was inadequate staffing in the restaurant even though almost all tables were empty. Disappointing

Restaurant was half empty yet only one of our two meals came out promptly and the second took over half an hour to appear. By the time the second meal came out for my friend , I?d finished my meal.
£25 for a plate of nachos and some french fries. Not the best.

Popped into Las Iguanas on Watford High Street for lunch during the summer holidays and had such a good time. They?ve got a great deal on right now where kids eat free with a main meal ? a lifesaver for parents! My two tucked into the breaded fish and the burger, both gone in minutes.
I started with calamari before tucking into sizzling chicken & prawn fajitas, with sides of creamy mac ?n? cheese and sweet potato fries ? comfort food heaven. Washed it all down with a passion fruit mojito mocktail ? really refreshing, and perfect for the sunny day.
We couldn?t resist dessert to finish ? the perfect sweet ending to a lovely meal.
Big shout-out to Seth, our server ? absolutely superb. Friendly, attentive, and made us feel really looked after from start to finish. We?ll definitely be back!
