I was helped with a flat tyre by the Assistant Manager, Brian. He was very friendly, polite and helped me at very short notice and with little time before they were due to close. It was a very busy reception with customers waiting, but it felt like he was able to keep everyone happy and updated on the status of their vehicles.
He even offered to stay late to replace my tyre if needed, which after a very stressful day was really appreciated. Fortunately it wasn't necessary in the end, but it does feel like an increasingly rare thing to find ? someone who's willing to go out of their way to help. He could've easily said it was too late in the day to replace. Thanks, Brian! ??

Had an issue which meant I needed my wheels re torquing following a break down the previous day. Popped down on a Sunday morning. The guy who was on reception was spot on. Came out torqued it himself knowing his technician was busy. You could see he was on top of things and managing the place well helping out where he was needed. Can?t thank him enough

I?ve booked aircon service recently and work was carried out straight away, when I came back from shopping car was ready to drive away.
I recommend this station. I change tyres here as well, balancing of the wheels and price is competitive.

Tyre replacement was excellent unfortunately getting my wheels rebalanced and aligned is not so straightforward
Original site recommended another, they could not help, recommended another they couldn't do it due to technical issues so I am now booked in with the dealer.

I always come here to change my car tires, and the service is consistently excellent.
