We have just spent the weekend at this hotel for my wifes 50th birthday and we can not praise it enough. The service was excellent the staff helpful and the food was the best we have had at a hotel in quite some time. The location was perfect for shops and restaurants and as qe were visiting the Harry Potter studios it is located a 15min drive away. Would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone.Rooms: Very comfy and cleanNearby activities: Restaurants and shops are very close by within walking distance.Walkability: All local shops , restaurants and theaters are within a 5min walk.Food & drinks: Lots of choice and very tasty.

Friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are spacious, clean. Close to HP STUDIO, one hour by taxi to the airport. About an hour to the public transport center. We will definitely be happy to come back.Rooms: Spacious, clean, functionally furnished. Beds comfortable.Food & drinks: The staff in the restaurant are very pleasant and helpful. The food was excellent. I appreciate the children's menu. We will definitely be happy to come back. I recommend

Nice hotel, the rooms are big and clean and breakfast is good. Location is great for the Harry Potter studios. A couple of issues and I think they are in need of a bit of an update - a fridge for water would be nice, the shampoo is very bad and the keys to the room never worked so everytime we left the room and came back we had to go back downstairs for them to reset the card which was frustrating. The aircon panel is old and the buttons didn't work so the first night I was boiling and couldn't turn the temperature down.

Very nice modern and super clean. Room is very spacious and clean , toilet very spacious and clean. Tv in room. Happy to cone back there.Rooms: Spacious clean with tv and 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Toilet was good too. Smell fresh and clean.

Really smart hotel, great location - really close to town centre. Front desk and bar staff were excellent. Only thing that I would improve is the housekeeping - one day they arrived at 7pm and another day they knocked on the door at 0830 - woke us up! But we'd gladly stay again.

The room was very clean and smelled really nice. Reception and bar staff were very friendly. If you are driving to the hotel, you can get a discount at CitiPark Sutton Car Park, which is really close to the hotel. They have a machine in the reception where you insert the ticket, and it reduces to £4 for 24 hours.

We stay there one night as part of the visit of the Warner Bros (Harry Potter) studio.Breakfast was good. Dinner was good too, the bar is open after dinner which is also good.Service was fast and friendly.The only downside is the hotel doesn?t count with its own parking, but you can park in a garage a couple of blocks away with a discounted price.Rooms: Clean and spaciousFood & drinks: The hotel has an onsite restaurant and bar

Paid for an executive room which had extra perks but if paying extra for the executive was mediocre then I would hate to see the standard rooms . Shower was weak and the beds were way too soft for my liking even though they were a good size . Rooms definitely not sound proof as you could hear other rooms 3 doors away . Good choice for breakfast but food quality was mediocre, fried eggs tasted rubbery and food was lukewarm even the coffee was lukewarm . Toast was good though.Staff had no idea of perks that came with executive room price so went elsewhere for food and drinks . Good location if you want the centre or watford Junction for harry potter tourFood & drinks: Poor quality food and drinks , lukewarm and lacked flavour
