Complaint
The pub in Cornfield Road Eastbourne the manager is a waste of time they have a trailer fridge in the car park. it is making vibrations in our block of flats in Trinity Trees
he would not give direct number for complaints just said in email
we did that last time and the manager just replied from the pub not head office last week that it would go Wednesday its still working and still on site I suppose next is for us all to get a solicitor to take out a injunction

When to the six templars hertford it said no dog inside , we was out side not one person on the tablesi just got to the bar to order my food my wife call me you can not dogs so we cross the road and had a nice meal in the pub dog welcome

Was unable to get a satisfactory resolution from bar staff ,paid £6.80 per minute to call complaints number not told it was a premium number until my bill came through..Nasty way to run a business..

POOR SERVICE, wrong food came, blamed me for getting my order wrong, didn't even know what I got was on the menu, right food then came, barely warm.

The hatfield weatherspoon is horrible the staff are very very rude and I order a i.p.a and I was told it would be 10 mins and one staff member told me if I don't like it to leave hertford one is so lovely and friendly they smile and food is the best

Have been going to Wetherspoons on a Sunday for breakfast for months now but the last 3 weeks the food has been cold, wrong orders I had hash browns that were still frozen in the middle. This week the eggs came out undercooked asked to see a manager and he was not bothered at all he then replied what do you want me to do about it. An apology would have been nice bit he just stood there. Blank look on his face another member of staff said to us there is no pleasing you is there. After that experience I will not be eating there again. Tried calling head office and suprise you don't get to speak to anyone. It all done by email.

Went here for a burger and a pint no bar, no tables, no menues, the app didnt even work! Plus some guy from security kept saying "you dont work here, go away".... Worst spoons ever!

I was very disappointed with the Watergate in Barnstaple. Ordered food and had Small Wrap with out a drink and Small Chips also Just a Burger and small chips and Two large Wines. Was overcharged because the staff could not work out the prices. I complained and eventually got a refund of £1.44.The staff were not very helpful and didn't seem to have a clue.I wonder how often this happens and customers don't realise.As I was at the bar so long sorting this out my food was nearly cold when I got to eat it.Very poor service and never a heart felt apology.I feel that staff in wetherspoons need more than basic training.A very unhappy customer.I don't expect to get a reply because if one customer is unhappy it's ok as another one will be along in a minute so don't need to worry.

Disappointing response that the head office do not understand equality law 2010 giving the legal cases that they have had brought against themsnd been found guilty I may add I an still in shock after the sheer disbelief of the aggressive duty mgr after 50 mins waiting for our drinks after our meal we still had not got them it was warm and poor mgt gas lighting and converse control abd rude aggressive manor towards Vulnerable women you truly ought to be ashamed I never got my drink I was made to stand outside as I dare ask for drinks

Refused a assurance dog discrimination was horrible in front of people wasn't interested in his ID because I didn't have a vest on him. (which is a myth) illegally run practices out of date staff training it shows
