Unfortunately a Poor customer experience. I?ve used this in the past and has been fine. Queues of people trying to take cash out with no machines or warning for people travelling and coming in. Hana was the representative. Shouting match all over the place.

I opend my bank account at HSBC Watford on 3rd of Jan 23. Mr Bipin Mandalia was helping me with the process right from the begining. It was fast and he explained me all about the process.Staff was very helpful.

There was some waiting time but the customer service of Bipin was excellent. All my problems were solved. Helpful staff for sure.

The quality of service has significantly declined over the past few years. Now they don?t have physical counters. Only one machine to accept PAY IN. and that too is broken mostly. I really wanted to to deposit money in my accounts (on 28/12/22) but machine was not working. The machines are also not as friendly as other banks such as Barclays. In general the banking is not user friendly even over the phone. Seriously thinking of leaving HSBC.
