I have been a member of the HSBC Bank Watford for over twenty-five years and have always received good customer service from the branch.
I popped into the Watford branch yesterday and was greeted by Giles’s warm and friendly smile and waited for Kranti to serve me.

Unfortunately a Poor customer experience. I’ve used this in the past and has been fine. Queues of people trying to take cash out with no machines or warning for people travelling and coming in. Hana was the representative. Shouting match all over the place.
