Got charged twice for one transaction. I clearly showed them the transaction had gone through on my Monzo bank app but they insisted it hadn?t due to recipt being not being printed out. They took me to another till put it all though again as they insisted that it had not gone through. Could clearly see that 2 transactions had gone through at different times 7 mins apart 2 different tills. They said only one would go through !! Didn?t believe them . They said Head office would sort it out but they said it was stores fault. I then had to make another 10 mile round trip later in the week later to resolve. And it?s still hasn?t been credited to my account. So I?m now showing over draw !! So will now have to make another trip in again !!! So will have gone 20 miles to get my refund. But couldn?t do anything as they refused to give me goods I had clearly paid for.

Spent a lot of £ here when my daughter went to Uni -ended up with a £60 parking ticket because was over 3 hours!! Phoned homesense and practically got laughed at!! Absolutely disgusted at their customer service

My daughter and I went to hoesense a couple of weeks and we had this lad called Daniel Swartz serve us. He was so politre and helpful and friendly that i wanted to mention him. Also The other staff were lovely and we were very satified with what we bought.
