Warm welcoming infectious smile from the lady who served me . I asked if they had any cheese slices ,she said politely you just in time I?m taking them out of the oven . The shop was clean and organised. Asked for her name ,i think ? it was Helen or Julia . I visited on Monday 4th November Afternoon.
I do visit different Greggs around London and all the teams are great in the service and standards as Greggs has grown in years and has become a UK brand as I?ve grown up to see.

I had an issue with an order from just eat, not staffs fault at all. Waited 3 hours for a courier to turn up to collect, time kept being pushed back, I had to walk down there. Staff were SUPER helpful. And offered to remake my order then and there and give me my food. Exceptional customer service From Denise and Richard!! A real credit to Greggs and the South Oxhey store.

Very slow new stuff Jackie and Livvy
I order a 2.85 pounds menu which is a coffe and a sausage and waiting 5 min.They focused on their own things inside then to my order.I was about to loose the train if I would not remind them that I will.loose the train.I was thinking is just that day issue but now again, they move slow and for some people in the morning time is essential .Is not their fault, morning time needs fast stuff , management is the issue

Not a bad greggs but they are under-staffed so it gets busy due to only 1 person serving a ton of customers

I visit this store on a regular basis, mainly for breakfast and each time, I can honestly say it?s a lovely experience. All the staff are very welcoming, but I must give a special mention to Olivia who is very hard working, very polite and doesn?t matter how busy the store is she?ll always make you feel special and have a friendly chat.
