Just wanted to give a nod to Penny in-store Sunday 28th Jan 2024.Really nice to me, my wife and 2 year old daughter,She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and we ended up having a right giggle together.Very upfront and honest with the whole Rolex situation which is refreshing to see within the group coming from an owner with history looking for my second piece.Penny was amazing and I would hope to see her again soon.Top work ?

Myself, my husband and my son visited Goldsmith?s last Sunday to look for a watch for our son?s birthday. Jo came and introduced herself to us and offered to support us. She was absolutely wonderful. Her customer service was second to none as was her knowledge about the various products. Although we left to look around other watch shops we returned later and made the purchase at Goldsmith?s. My husband also made a purchase. Jo?s service was unhurried and exceptional. The drinks menu offered to visitors upon starting a consultation is a lovely touch. Probably one of (or even the best) example of customer service we have ever received. When my husband returned to pick the watch he had ordered Jo was there. She remembered my husband by name immediately and even wished our son a happy birthday. Well done Jo and well done Goldsmiths.

5 stars does not cover the level of service I received from Zainab, Harri and the entire team ! A fabulous Watch experience as any watch collector would love. If you are looking for a luxury and knowledgeable experience Goldsmiths Watford, pay them a visit !

MASSIVE THANKS to Joanna and all the team at Goldsmith's Watford. I told my daughter that I wanted to buy her a Rolex for her 21st birthday and could she choose one. When she showed me the one she wanted I knew it was a high demand piece! I went over to Goldsmith's Watford and was met by Joanna who took all of my details and put me on the list. She did warn me at the time that it was in high demand. I couldn't believe it when a couple of months later I got a call saying they had one available. I arranged with the shop that I would bring my daughter over and when we were in the shop we would surprise her with the watch. Joanna even phoned me the day before to check the details to make sure everything went perfectly. On Sunday I came in to the shop with my daughter who still had no clue she was about to get a Rolex and was met by Joanna. The whole experience could not have been better and my daughter absolutely loves her new watch. So once again, many thanks to you all.

Just here to say the staff are professional and all around lovely people. Whilst they were unable to take on a difficult repair, they took the time to carefully evaluate and treated me exponentially better than the previous shops with whom I inquired about the repair. Service matters and these folks are top notch.
