I went today at 8/01/2024,I went as a friend had told me about how helpful the owners are with people who are struggling with the basics like food and it took a lot of courage to ask for help.However when I arrived and I arrived in the specified time I was not even able to explain why I was there when I was just told were closed and the person then completely ignored me,I know I'm not entitled to hand outs this is a service which they do not have to provide however because I came to use the service does not mean I am not entitled to be treated how they would like to be treated and from what my friend told me they were the most caring empathetic people who work there but this was not what I found I understand people can have a bad day but it made me feel embarrassed and ashamed that I had come.

Beware guys this isn?t a cafe anymore it?s a food bank now, they do great work for the local community but don?t expect anything ?

The food and the drinks are saw nice in there and the people that work in there are saw nice and caring and helpful to people that come in to the cafe.

What an amazing place. The food is very reasonably priced and the food is amazing! The flavours of the food is delicious!This is a true hidden gem, they offer so much the in need and are shinning beacon in the area.

Food is tasty and very reasonably priced, much lower than highstreet prices. People are very warm, friendly and they are 'givers' not 'takers'. Fantastic little place.

Great customer service, three friendly lads with great banter and passion for their work. Exceptionally great value. very clean. Easy listening music in background. Food superb - double burger with additional cheese and sauces. This will be our new pre match eatery during football season.

Food was really Good & tasty. Very reasonably priced, and much lower than high street prices. Staff are really friendly and warm. You are not just another customer for them, and they really look after you when you are in the cafe. I will go again and again whenever i am in Watford..

I had the double burger and it was very tasty. Everything is reasonably priced, so I will be coming back again. No problems at all.
