An Indian lady on staff demonstrated a lack of professionalism, politeness, and was quite disrespectful. Furthermore, this establishment provides the least favorable exchange rate compared to other options in the vicinity. I would strongly discourage considering this place. My friends also exchanged currency there and were similarly left with a negative impression of the service. I highly recommend exploring other currency exchange bureaus in the area.

Visited the branch for money collection, fromWestern union staff very helpful specially the guy name Krishna, he was very soft spoken and kind, overall experience was very good, defiantly recommend to friends.

First class service from Kamal. Excellent telephone manner and equally as courteous in person. Ground floor of Intu, opposite Costa. I ordered my currency online and the collection was quick and efficient. All packaged and ready for me. Superb. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the future for my currency.
