Most of the times what you need you will get it. Mohammad store Manager who served me was very friendly and helped me to choose the right Fuse for my MX5.
Otherwise even other young boys in front desk knows what the customer wants and helpful.

The very rudest incompetent staff!
Muhammed was the name of the staff in question, refused to exchange a faulty battery as I did not have a physical invoice, despite showing an invoice on my phone having bought the battery online.
I then went to a different euro parts store and my problem was instantly sorted from my online invoice.
Management need to sort out the staff in this store!

Fed of up this place's service.
1- The staff members are slow!
2- For the second time, the product we want to buy comes incomplete inside the box. We obviously had to return it because it doesn't have the necessary parts to make it functional. This happens because the items are purchased, taken away from the shop and when returned, do not come back with all the pieces and everything inside. The item is then sold again to a different customer, INCOMPLETE!
It's disgusting that we have to waste precious time going to the shop to collect something that is quite useless in the end.
The staff made us get a refund and pay again to order a new one. Which means, apart from wasting our time going back and forth to the shop, we have stay out of money due to the incompetence of the whole system /staff while waiting 5 working days, or more, for the refund of the forest order.
Suggestion people: When getting an item returned, THE SHOP SHOULD CHECK WHETHER IT'S BEING RETURNED FULLY BEFORE RESELLING IT! Use your brains, please.

Unacceptable Customer Service
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service experience I encountered here
experienced an unacceptable wait time while seeking a quote. I waited for upwards of 15 minutes, observing staff members seemingly prioritizing other tasks over customer service. At times, it appeared that only one or two staff members were actively assisting customers, leading to significant delays for those waiting.
Furthermore, the lack of transparency regarding staff whereabouts during these delays was highly frustrating. It was unclear whether staff members were on break, assisting other customers in a less visible area, or even absent from the premises.
I believe that customer time is valuable and should be respected. The current level of service at this location is unacceptable and requires immediate attention.
I urge Eurocarparts to review its customer service protocols and implement measures to ensure timely and efficient service for all customers.

Euro Car Parts - A Disastrous Experience
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Euro Car Parts. My recent experience has been nothing short of appalling.
Proactively, I decided to replace my cabin air filter, which had been in place for several years. To my dismay, after installation, a horrendous smell emanated from the car's air conditioning system. Upon removing the newly purchased filter, the smell vanished completely, indicating a clear defect with the product.
When I contacted Euro Car Parts to address the issue, I was met with an astonishing level of incompetence and rudeness. A customer service representative named Becca attempted to blame the problem on the filter being a cheaper model, a claim I vehemently refuted. She then resorted to suggesting that the smell was caused by bacteria in the air conditioning system, demonstrating a complete lack of understanding or concern for the issue.
When I challenged her assumptions and requested a resolution, it became clear that Euro Car Parts has absolutely no interest in customer satisfaction. I was bluntly informed that once a product is installed, it cannot be returned or replaced, regardless of its obvious fault. In essence, Euro Car Parts is telling its customers that they are on their own if they purchase a defective product.
Such a blatant disregard for customer rights and satisfaction is unheard of. I am appalled by the complete lack of accountability and the condescending attitude displayed by Euro Car Parts. I urge potential customers to steer clear of this company and find a reputable supplier that values its customers.
I will be sharing my experience on all available platforms to warn others about the substandard products and appalling customer service provided by Euro Car Parts.
I demand a full refund and an apology for this traumatic experience.

Don't waste your time with this branch!
Reserved 4 spark plugs a day before, and these were still not ready for me. Came to the shop and only 1 person in front of me, still waited half an hour for them to come back with 3 spark plugs asking me if that's how many I ordered realising it doesn't make sense. Then they went back to hunt down the 1 spark plug which apparently ran away and after another half an hour they came back saying they don't have it but if I want there's other spark plugs more expensive and as long as I pay the full price for those they will check the system to see if this is in stock and then of course they need to ensure these will be 4 on the shelves.
It's not the first time this happens, nor am I the first person it happened to.
Just bad management and lack of coordination.
