I visited yesterday and purchased a Boss watch for my husband. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Olena for her exceptional assistance. She was incredibly knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and professional throughout our visit. Her personalized attention made the experience truly enjoyable. We will definitely be returning very soon.

Me and my fiance have visited a few times whilst deciding on our wedding rings. The first visit we were met by Malka who was really welcoming , friendly and knowledgeable! She didn?t push us for a decision. When we returned a second time, Malka was with other customers, however she left such a lasting impression on us from the first visit that we took some time to look at rings and waited for her to be free. Once her other customers had finished, Malka approached us letting us know she was available for any questions we had. She gave us lots of information about the rings, meaning we were well informed on our decision and also took an interest in us and our wedding! She made the very exciting experience of purchasing our wedding rings even more special and stress free. She is a testament to Ernest Jones! My fiance also let me know afterwards that he had purchased our engagement ring from Ernest Jones, having the pleasure of being served by Malka, and she was the reason he wanted to return for the wedding rings!

I am an avid mechanical watch collector and my collection includes Rolex, Longines. Omega and Seiko. This morning I visited the Goldsmith store at the Harlequin Watford (I'm an old customer) where I again had an excellent customer experience. Subsequently, I walked into the Ernest Jones outlet opposite to Goldsmiths. I had brought a longines hydroconquest from EJ in June 24, and was on the lookout for a Longines GMT. To my disappointment, my presence was not acknowledged and for 15 Minutes I just stood there or strolled aimlessly hoping to catch someone's eye to no avail . The young lad salesman who had sold me the hydroconquest in June was busy with a customer and although I stood nearby, I was not acknowledged. Two other sales girls greeted customers who arrived later. After observing the indifferent attitude, I walked out and back to goldsmiths and booked a Rolex Sea Deweller.
Come on EJ, your sales staff need to go back to the basics and the classroom.

Earrings I purchased are lovely but I never received a text to say my order arrived and they were meant to be a Christmas present. Went into the store to check and I was told I didn?t receive a text due to it being busy with Christmas, and they weren?t at all apologetic about the situation. Surely with it being Christmas, they should keep on top of things like this as people are buying gifts, and will need them to arrive on time.

Visited last weekend whilst on a shopping trip with my partner. Walking in, i was greeted by the lovely Kloe, who was extremely helpful & professional... assisting me with my request straight away. Within 10 minutes she had taken the links i had needed off my watch, didn't leave me waiting, and answered my many questions with a smile. I will be back because of Kloe, need more people like her in the hospitality industry, true asset to the company!

I first visited the store on Friday 3rd May looking for a specific ring as it disappeared off the website, and was served by the lovely Malka. She was so helpful and took the time to listen to what I needed. I should have listened to her about my ring size because I was back again on Friday 10th May to exchange for a smaller size. This time I was served by the lovely Hifsa who made it such a seamless experience and I felt so welcomed. Never once was I made to feel rushed and I?d definitely go back again. Thank you!

I visited this branch on Saturday 11th May to collect my Tissot watch, earlier than the 4 hour collection window. I'm so glad I got there early because this branch didn't have my watch pre-packaged.
The male employee working in the store got the display watch out and said he could clean and pack it for me. I was very confused because I was expecting the watch to be properly cleaned and sealed with plastic. The employee told me they only keep one of each watch in the store. Even though the employee said he had cleaned the display watch, I could still see fingerprints on the watch which put me off accepting the watch.
I requested a refund and told the employee that I would reorder the watch with home delivery. The employee told me the watch will be sent to me via the same branch so it won't make much difference to the packaging of the watch as it will still be a display watch.
I can confirm my watch has been delivered home with PROPER PACKAGING AND NO FINGERPRINTS. I'm very disappointed by the employee who was dealing with me in store. He obviously doesn't have enough experience to know watches purchased online for home delivery do come properly packaged!!!
I thought the employee was cold, uninterested and just wanted to make a successful sale.

Most awful experience possible, DONT EVER USE THIS STORE.
After a long search, I found and ordered a perfect engagement ring for my partner, paid the deposit and I was called DAYS LATER saying that they cannot fulfill my order, despite them saying at point of order that there was in fact stock!!
Tried then phoning the store, got a response after 8 calls and was dealt by the most unhelpful and rude person, who had absolutely no sympathy for ruining my proposal. They did not even offer to help me.
Absolutely horrific customer service.

Not a good experience with Ernest Jones, I ordered a wedding ring in store. They then cancelled my order after taking the money out of my account, they also didn't tell me they had cancelled my order and I had to chase them for an update a week later when my ring hadn't arrived. Despite having cancelled my order they didn't issue a refund until I contacted them, it took them over a week to return the money. One of the customer service agents via the chat was also very rude when I asked for an update on my refund.
