Just wanted to say that Beatrice was such a lovely & sweet girl who was so helpful and friendly & patient with us and made the whole process (needed som help) pretty easy and straightforward. She kindly assisted us & really appreciate her help. Would recommend going to her for any of your telecommunication needs.

I've been there yesterday and was very disappointed. The staff were extremely rude and impatient, with a very negative attitude. They did not provide proper guidance or assistance, and the overall experience was unpleasant.

Avoid EE Watford for Samsung repairs. I booked a screen replacement online via Samsung for £209, but the rude floor manager insisted it was £220 and seemed pleased to ?prove? me wrong. The staff member, Bibs, gave zero help, actively discouraged repairing my phone, couldn?t say how long it would take, and told me to just buy a new one. The process is nothing like Samsung?s promise of a quick same-day fix ? they don?t check stock, repairs depend on parts, and you?re left waiting days. Complete waste of time, poor customer service, and misleading advertising. Simply awful. Urgent customer service training is required to EE staff in Watford including staff who are actually knowledgable.

Received a phone upgrade which came with a new screen cover which I unfortunately made a meal out of putting in so went to see if someone in the store could help and the man who greeted me was unhelpful and told me to go somewhere else. I spend so much money with EE and to be basically told no go somewhere else is unacceptable

5-Star Review for EE Watford ? Excellent Service from Saman
I recently had an issue with my phone that wasn?t working properly, and I visited the EE store in Watford for help. I was assisted by a staff member named Saman, and I cannot thank him enough for his outstanding service.
Saman went above and beyond to help me resolve the problem. Not only did he save me money by finding a smart solution that didn?t involve costly repairs or replacements, but he also managed to save all of my important data and files without losing anything. I was really impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and friendly attitude throughout the entire process.
It's rare to come across someone so genuinely helpful and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Thanks to Saman, my phone is working again, and I left the store completely stress-free.
Highly recommend visiting EE Watford and asking for Saman if you need support ? he?s brilliant!

Dismissive staff - needed a screen protector replacement for my Flip 5 aa discussed with Samsung live chat, and they were adamant that I needed to have my phone wiped whilst being rude and combatative when I asked why, given its a simple hardware replacement. Fair enough if its policy, but at least a better answer could be given then "just is mate".
Edit: and now reading some of the other reviews, makes sense, should never have gone there - awful service!
