Just wanted to say that Beatrice was such a lovely & sweet girl who was so helpful and friendly & patient with us and made the whole process (needed som help) pretty easy and straightforward. I've been there yesterday and was very disappointed. The staff were extremely rude and impatient, with a very negative attitude. They did not provide proper guidance or assistance, and the overall experience was unpleasant.

Avoid EE Watford for Samsung repairs. I booked a screen replacement online via Samsung for £209, but the rude floor manager insisted it was £220 and seemed pleased to “prove” me wrong.
