Fab experience! From the moment I walked in was greeted with a friendly smile from all staff but it was a lovely gentleman called aryun that helped me, very knowledgeable without being too pushy purchase made& delivery in x2 weeks& he had time to sit & explain everything over a coffee so Thankyou a lot less stressful than anticipated a massive Thankyou staff like him are hard to find nowadays !???nicky x

I had a fantastic experience at Dreams Watford! From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to really understand what I needed and guided me through the options to help me find the perfect bed and mattress combination. I never felt rushed or pressured ? just genuine advice tailored to my needs. I?m absolutely delighted with my purchase ? comfortable, great quality, and exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend this store if you want excellent service and a great night?s sleep!

The sale staff are great - But the manager was rude and condescending after I went back next day to upgrade the mattress size but I cancelled my order and went to a different dream store. apologies to the sale staff if it impacts your commision. I originally gave this review 1 star but based on Dreams customer care with dealing with this complaint I have upped it to 4 stars.

Unfortunately, a very poor overall sales experience at the watford branch by not even advising never my bed was going to be delivered.
In addition, the product support purchased is mainly via email with responses taking 3 days to 2 weeks. , Or you can wait on the phone for 40 minutes if you have time to speak to someone.
I have a faulty rattling ottoman that has taken over 3.5 months to replace due to the time dreams have taken to visit, diagnose and order and it?s still not fixed!
If customers are asked to spend these high amounts of money (£1500), at least support these products with a service that can actually speak to customers in reasonable time frames, not hide behind email and resolve matters in reasonable timeframes.
Unfortunately, due to the poor overall service, I won?t be buying my next bed from dreams.
