Lucky to have 1 star the place should be closed should have years ago repeated unreasonable mistakes caused by thier attitude and lack of care to thier jobs to provide a serivce they clearly can't deliver besides give you rude bad mannered slow lazy threatening attuides from a dysfunctional setup they prompt to us as a serivce is complete rubbish
Disgusting 1hr late messing about with receiving my order as paid in full and in return got no customer care or support in resolving the matter I had called 20times with no response then 2 times with a Disgusting cold rude blunt attitude with no decent honourable human reaction on wanting to keep my costume by resolving the issue with delivery not being apologetic not being reasonable and making thier parking chargers my issue when I've paid my delivery and delivery fee and waited with traumatised stress from the experience from the way I was spoken to in a bad threatening manner Still no delivery still no refund with a 4 year old daughter unwell on top I didn't need this stress to order food and give my costume to receive the wrost evening ever

When you walk in you are ignored for a bit even though they see you? there?s no greeting. I have been here several times and it?s always the same. Customer service is terrible!!! Food is okay but better customer service can go a long way!!

I have ordered online, and it said 30-45 minutes, and now it's been 1 h 10 minutes and still waiting, and the kids have school tomorrow. It's a very bad service from dominos.

It's a Domino's tale away, although there is a table with three benches to eat at.
The low score is because there are gluten-free options, but we do not believe that all the appropriate measures were used so that there was no cross contamination in the preparation of the food.

Ordered online, said it would be delivered between 23.05 and 23.15... did not arrive, tried calling them constantly from 23.30 to 23.42. No answer of course. Called 14 times

This branch has rudest delivery drivers. He refused to deliver my pizza as he couldn?t be bothered to come up to my flat (no stairs) he told me I have to go find him even though I explained to him I have a crying, unwell newborn baby and cannot come down and look for him. He then came up with a story of who?s gonna pay for his parking, even though there were no parking restrictions. Absolutely horrible person who is too lazy to his job.

Very disappointed because I?ve been promised by a staff member that he left a note by their till that my next I?ll have a free or discounted pizza due to my last order a couple of weeks ago when I called to say something isn't right about the pizza I?ve ordered and couldn?t eat it. The staff member was nice and sort me out straight away by saying my next order will be free or discounted, then when I called right now, another staff member checked and said there is no note at all. I didn?t say much at all and feel disappointed of waisting £15 for a pizza I couldn?t eat at all and because they couldn?t find the note left by the till! But the confusing part is that the staff members are friendly (what can I say apart from I won?t be ordering from them anyone cuz it?s a matter of principles)

I order from here quite a few times a year. Never had any issue with the orders or the warmth of the pizzas/food. Sometimes it can take up to 1 hour for delivery but most pizza places do nowadays. Overall, I am very satisfied with the Watford Domino's branch - definitely my favourite pizza takeaway.

The driver is always late and presses the button delivered even thought it never is and the food doesn?t come. No one ever answers the phone. Disgusting place with disgusting customer service will never order from them again. The owner should put more attention to people who work there so that they start doing their job and answering the phone when someone calls you don?t know what these people are doing on their shift and more important what they aren?t!
