Fabulous experience today with Sylvia. We visited yesterday and Sylvia was so helpful giving us dimensions for us to compare to what we have at the moment. We promised we would be back, and we did! Buying is so easy. We will definitely recommend to anyone in need of buying a sofa

After waiting a month longer than the expected delivery our sofa finally arrived. However, on arrival the recliner mechanism was broken. We were advised that a tech would repair the recliner the following week.
After 3 appointments for the tech to replace the faulty mechanism no one arrived and we have been left with a 20kg box in our livingroom for weeks!
I have asked numerous times for the sofa to be collected as it was not fit for purpose, all my requests have been ignored and offered a hamper as compensation.
This ordeal has been ongoing for over 3 months now and DFS are refusing so acknowledge us.
The hardest part is dealing with this post partum after birth complications, which is the whole reason we bought a reclined sofa, to aid in my recovery!

I ordered sofa along with the cleaning kit. The sofa was delivered in the mid of February but without the kit . It?s been 3 months but haven?t received the cleaning kit despite chasing them since then. Every time they give the delivery date of next week. I even visited the Watford DFS to get the kit but all in vain.
It?s so pathetic and it reflect their behaviour towards their customers.

Went in with the aim of buying 3 sofas.
Staff uninterested. Not even a hello.
Busy chasing after a few couples that we saw leave the store without purchasing and from the way the staff mistreating/ ignored us we left too even though I loved a sofa set there. We just went over the car park to another sofa company and placed an order with the attentive pleasant staff.
Bad experience. Would not recommend or visit again.

If you visit the store look for Edward. He is absolutely great and he would start treating you without judging how you look. When we visited there were about another 5 staff they were just hanging around. Edward was with client and when he had minute he just asked if we were been served. That's where we started. Great service. I cannot believe rest of the staff didn't even bother to say hi. There were lot of people walking around the store at the time. No one bothers other than Edward. He literally spoke to as many as customer he has seeing.

These pushy sales guys once they get the order there?s no point of return. You can?t cancel an order even on 48 hour cancellation they make your life a hell.
Its shame all these companies operate in such a manner

I can't comment on the sofa as it hasn't arrived yet (not for another 15 weeks) but I have to say that the customer service received by Mo was exemplary. What a lovely lovely man. He was polite, very friendly, didn't rush us, didn't push for a sale, let us take all the time we needed, considered all the options and offered a reasonable deal. We probably could have squeezed him for a bit more discount but he was so lovely, we were happy with what he offered! I would highly recommend anyone visiting the Watford DFS to ask specifically for Mo. I just hope the sofa that arrived is everything it was promised to be (will update review when it arrives). In the meantime, big thanks to Mo - top man!

Variety with style, leather or fabric , enjoy to choose from. Customise according to your taste. Some of the styles look a bit old but still recommend.

Lots of negative reviews but to be fair i found it good from start to finish. Delivery was quick from order. Branch is good also and seem friendly.

We brought a sofa which seems fine! But the service from Indian lady inside who looks like Suella Braverman! Avoid doing business with her. Any discount I tried to negotiate was met with a response that she doesn?t negotiate and I shouldn?t even be asking on any discounts not even a fabric cleaning kit!
Any issues you have after sale when you call DFS they tell you the store will contact you but they never do.
Our cleaning kit wasn?t available on the day of purchase of sofa and this seems to be the norm 2 months later we have just got it! They try upselling all the extras and delivery is £100+ so do your research!
