Very expensive price for second hand, you got things for free why you make profit especially kids clothes! , people are struggling to get their kids new clothes even for Primark why you sell it nearly the price like new?Otherwise staff are friendly and kind

Bought a product from this store carried it home and on closer inspection found the product dirty and someone had fitted a hinge with the wrong screws and nearly cut myself .My advise to the shop is if your going to sell an item check it over properly and if necessary have it cleaned like other charity shops carry out .

Easy peasy, donated a mattress in good condition, appointment arranged and mattress picked up first thing in the morning without hassle. They told me last minute they couldn't take the clothes which I found a bit odd especially if I had prepared the clothes bag but luckily I hadn't so it didn't bother me. Communication was good for the pick up generally and saved a good mattress going to waste!

I?ve visited this store a few times over the years and I?ve witnessed on multiple occasions the manager of this store shouting and demeaning his employees and being rude to customers. All the other staff seem lovely and they have a good selection of furniture and other items. The prices seem reasonable. However due to the above, I don?t particularly feel comfortable visiting this store.

I wouldn't even give thus place one star. Absolutely DISGUSTINGLY rude black man screamed at me across the shop to get off a couch i had sat on. Agree that the couch had been sold but my husband and I were trying the comfort so he knew what to buy if another one came up for sale there. It was NOT necessary to ve so rude. He could quite easily have walked over to us and POLITELY asked me to get up off the couch. I will NEVER support that shop again and will discourage anyone I speak to so that they don't support it either

As with a few of these reviewers, I too took a day off work to stay in for the collection of two items (which I'd previously sent photographs and they said they'd take both) only to be met by the driver who said he'd only take one because the other was 'not what they bought and sold'. Really really annoyin and frustrating. I would have taken them both down to the tip if I had known this and saved a day's pay.The woman on the phone wasn't much help either - just repeating the mantra 'they collect between 7 and 3 and they'll give you a ring half an hour before they get there' every time I asked for a slightly more precise time.... "Before or after midday?" the mantra came out again.Awful awful awful.

The people in the shop seem lovely but very disappointed with their collection service. Having waited in all day when we were told we could expect someone about 2pm, the driver took one look at the sofas and said they were in very bad condition looked at the other one in the set and stated these are in a disgusting condition which really upset my elderly mother. Wasted an entire day to be told and insulted in 2 minutes. I will not be using again or recommending them again

I have been a regular visitor to Debra charity shop on Queens road Watford. Leroy and his very hardworking staff make this the friendliest expeirience of any charity shop I have visited in Watford. There is a tremendous amount of quality furniture on display all for sale at a very resonable price. If you are just moving into a property or are looking to purchase an item of furniture I would highly recommend having a look because you will definitely be able to save a lot of money and to top it of your money will be going to a very good cause.

I haven't had anything delivered so I cannot comment on that but £20 seems quite reasonable and it is a charity shop (which I think some of the people who have commented forget)
I had a browse in the week and was impressed with the low prices and range of things available and will definitely be coming here to look when I move to my new flat.
The staff seemed friendly to me.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are based next door from where I lived. As soon as I moved in I bought them a bookshelf for £10. I paid another £20 for the delivery as it was quite heavy for me to take it. Because I was moving home I asked them if they would buy it back from me. The lady at the till was rude, she looked like bored, miserable, upset with life (sorry but I'm not responsible for that). They all seemed like lazy. So she arranged a collection for a Saturday. She used a very bad tone of voice. I tolerated it.
