Fantastic service today from the whole team.After some confusion with the location of my prescription, all three members of the team were so helpful and accommodating in supporting me sort what had happened.All three chatted to me and my daughter and did everything they could to help rectify the mistake (not their mistake!) and ensured I didn't feel like a nuisance.Sadly this is not my local chemist (hence the confusion I'd caused!), but I'd feel in safe, friendly hands if it was.Thank you again to the pharmacist and to the two female members of the team today. Your kindness and perseverance is much appreciated. Sorry again for causing trouble!

The best Pharmacy that we have dealt with. We have lived as a family in Carpenders Park for nearly 50 years, and we reside in a multi generational household with two members who fall under the critical group. The duty of care, professionalism, community and personal touch of all the staff and having the patient at the centre of any response is exemplary. Without your support and care we would not have managed safely through the COVID19 Pandemic. Thank you for all your invaluable support in helping us care for our family. A special thank you to the front reception team, Pritee, Zoe and Raj. We know that you are all working in extremely challenging times and context, however you always have a smile on your faces and ensure we are supported thoroughly.
