I popped into David Clulow as my sun glasses had become bent over time. I was amazed by the level of customer service both Jay the manager and a blonde lady were polite and helpful and fixed my glasses perfectly. 100% will return in the future.

J, the store manager, is excellent both in terms of customer service and technical knowledge. He was able to quickly advise on the frames, and set up a perfect selection for me to choose from. David Clulow is already a top brand, and I now believe in NOT buying from online, the measurements and fitting, all matter...what's more...in my mind, it's now David Clulow + exemplary store manager in J, so it's a no brained! The optometrist was excellent. She was thorough, yet patient, and provided good explanations of what she was doing, the pros and cons of lenses and coatings, the state of my vision, etc. Very impressive. The equipment also looked modern and well maintained, as well as being clean.What was less optimal was having to re-provide all my personal info (name, postal & email addresses, phone numbers, birthdate, etc.) on arrival. And to watch it being handwritten, rather than typed into a database. I had already provided all of it over the phone at the time of booking the appointment.

Anna-Marie was great in giving me the personalised support I needed in getting my raybans I have purchased 4 pairs and always had a great experience with the opticians. Nice to know I can call any time for support if needed .

Always like coming to David Clulow in Watford. Their staff are amazing - just very friendly and helpful. They've also got a really nice selection of frames and usually some decent deals on to make the prices reasonable.

I have been going to David Cluelow in Watford for several years and the whole team from the manager, to the glasses dispensers and Farah the optometrist. They are all extremely welcoming and knowledgeable and very thorough.They are a highly experienced team and nothing is too much trouble for them. I would recommend Anyone looking for an opticians to consider Watford David Cluelow for an eye sight and contact lenses test. Thank you team Watford for always making sure my whole family including my children have a good experience there.

Great service from the eye exam to the selection of suitble frames and lenses. Great range of Frames - They have designer frames and eyecare brands like Lindberg - Their prices reflect the brands they are selling - so don't expect bargain prices but you get what you pay for.

What a circus!Had to return three times to give back/check my prescription and was given all the excuses you can imagine. 'its your stigmatism, its the lenses, some people don't work well with polaroid'In the end their reply was 'i guess we cant do any more for you.... as if to say 'your problem..... good luck'Trust me, stay away.
