Waited 15 minutes for a sales advisor. They didn?t listen to my requirements , insisted on talking over me, had very little knowledge of the products they offered and even less technical expertise. Told me to look online. Total waste of time going to the store. Definitely not a ?font of all knowledge?.

Ryan 65 has given me the best customer experience I have ever received , the shop was absolutely chaotic and busy but still managed to help everyone and me , not only did he help me he stayed an extra 30 mins while the shop closed to make sure all my needs was met , He is an absolutely credit to the company and I hope he is rewarded for his credibility and his integrity for the company.

Spent 20 min waiting for someone to help me. The individual then spent 10 min looking for the keys to the lockers where the tablets are stored only to come back and say he thought that the manager, who had already gone home, had the keys. No product purchased. At this rate, best to buy on Amazon where the same tablet is cheaper.

Helpful staff, who helped to do an online order as the item wasn't in stock in the store. Although it did take some time to find a member of staff. Good selection of laptops and also TVs and gaming devices, also a massive section upstairs for white goods and coffee machines etc

I only gave 1 star because I had to!! I went into this shop and purchase 2 large screen LG TV in 2020. In addition I?d purchased 2 care plan for the TVs @ £3.50 per tele. On my bank statement noticed £10.50 leaving my account since 2020 and called recently to query this. I found out that £3.50 is for large 65 in TV and that £7 for my 55inch tele! The both TVs are LG and exact same model and only difference in size !! The staff on phone says must be error and raised complaint however can?t get my monies back they?ve overcharged! The manager in Watford store says must be mistake asked the staff in store to raise complaint yet still they?ve refused to pay what they?ve overcharged!!! I?ll NEVER buy here again as they?re overcharged for insurance and refuse to give me refund! I?ll put this on all social media platform to warm all DO NOT add care plan with CURRYS!! Go buy from other place offering appliance as they?re dishonest!! AWFUL TAKING FROM VULNERABLE WHO IS VISION IMPAIRED AND A HALF CRIPPLE!!

Went into the shop looking to buy a TV. Found the customer service to be incredibly poor. Customer service adviser acted like my mate initially telling me 'he's happy because he's just eaten', which in itself I didn't mind but this attitude continued and it became annoying very quickly. He knew very little about the products/offers I was looking at and in fact mocked the research I had done, which was far superior to his in his supposed area of expertise. There is a £300 claim back from the supplier which he wasn't aware of (but I was) for example. At one point whilst he was getting his computer booted up he whistled at me across the store to get my attention and get him to come over to his desk, which I found rude and disrespectful. We soon left knowing the price was the same at John Lewis, which offers much better service and aftercare.

Mr. Otis, sales guy at Watford branch , please change your profession as you don?t deserve to be in customer facing role as you don?t have basic manners and ethics to do so.We went to this store to buy air fryer and I just asked this fellow if this the fresh piece. He then started speaking all nonsense and irrelevant things like do you ask this question when you meet person in your life? He then started saying to my husband that, that?s the reason I have ex 3 wives.Dude we are not bothered about your personal life and you are no one to say this things!!! Just do your job !!!Worst experience ever! Please change your profession and do some back office job. You don?t deserve to face customer?s!!!!Person who claimed he is a manager wasn?t helpful and told us to speak to customer service online.
