Waiting 5 minutes to pay at the till, I was 2nd in line. Lots of staff showing people stuff. Just unable to buy, so walked out. Will buy on Amazon instead.

Cancelled online order for mini fridge with no reason. Shows 5 in stock in Watford Store. Needed this for my newborn child. Waiting 21 minutes on phone to speak to them. Says it all.

Extremely unhelpful and unprofessional staff. They put you off completely from visiting this store ever again. I would strongly urge the management to look into this as I have been visiting this store for years and have witnessed progressive decline.

We purchased a Chromebook for my daughter, she selected one with a touch screen as that?s what she wanted, the sales assistant convinced us to buy a different one. When we got home we found out it didn?t have a touch screen, went back to the store the next day to switch them, and were given the finger. No help offered what so ever, cheers Currys. That?s the last you will have of my business.

Good shop loads of good electrical products
Staff don't seem to want to help as I stood around waiting for assistance whilst 3 members of staff stood around laughing and joking about.
When I finally got someone to help me I can't fault the service, the young man even took the item to the car for me

I came in an hour before closing to buy a laptop. The assistant was very polite and patient and answered my questions diligently and his knowledge was excellent. He reassured me that my purchase was the correct choice and I departed feeling totally satisfied. He even stayed to after closing to set it up for me.

Prices are okay, but my overall experience at this store was frustrating. I went in planning to buy a lot of stuff but ended up purchasing just a hoover and a microwave because of how pushy the salespeople were.
Every time you decide on a product and say, ?Yes, I want this, bill it,? they immediately start upselling irrelevant stuff. A saleslady tried selling me WiFi, and despite my wife and me repeatedly saying we don?t need it, she was persistent. Then, while billing us, she randomly brought out a bowl to sell?like, what the hell? Lol.
On top of that, the majority of the salespeople (8/10) are absolutely useless because they have zero knowledge of the products. I repeat, zero. You ask them a simple question, and they just give vague answers or direct you to someone else.
Honestly, I expected better service. Would only shop here again if absolutely necessary.
