All I wanted was a bottle of water. Two people working at a slow pace, uninterested glances told me all I needed to know. 2 servers for 3 customers, and I still didnt get to buy my water. Good luck if you decide to visit this store.

Visited this Costa on the 22nd of July 2025 in the morning. The staff was helpful and attentive especially Theodora . Shame about the lack of refreshers .

I felt very unwelcome. For whatever reason, I was ignored. A lady came and cleared all trays from around the room, she intentionally ignored mine. Then as I walked up to give my tray, she was giving me a weird look. You treat every customer with respect or don?t work in retail.

It was raining when arrived in Watford. All I was looking for coffee to warm up myself before start my shopping. Good location just in front of Atria shopping mall.Cool and cosy atmosphere, quick and with smile service by two girls. Attentive and good at their job. Coffee is always good and extra tuna melt sandwich. Seating available inside and out. I like the round shape light in middle of ceiling with soft dim light.

Love this Costa, always clean, friendly staff and quiet corners to chat if you don't want to sit in the main area. I meet my friend here every Thursday for a coffee, sometimes we're quick and other times we suddenly realise we've been chatting a couple of hours but we are never hustled to leave! I took two small lattes and one of them was supposed to be with caramel syrup, I didn't understand where the price of £7 came from, I didn't receive a receipt and I barely understood what the consultant was saying ?????

Atrocious service from the guy with the long hair. I got skipped while waiting for my coffee, later he asked me what my order was. (Don't they track orders as they come) Everyone in front on me got their order alright. No apologies for the late order, the guy just shoved it in front of me without even looking at me. Terrible! Won't be back.

Me and my friend came in to get lunch. We both ordered a tuna melt panini and left with the sh*ts. Been sh*tting for days. Not happy!!
