All good, except the drink I ordered for my wife was not provided with skimmed milk at first. However, they remade it without a problem, and we enjoyed our experience overall. :-)

I recently visited the Costa at Waterfields Shopping Park and had a delightful experience. Lucia, one of the staff members, was exceptionally helpful and provided wonderful service. Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor made my visit truly enjoyable and pleasant atmosphere

New manager is so rude. I?ve been coming to this shop for over a year now and never had any issues. The new manager is very careless and is not customer friendly. She has no social presence and comes off as very negative. As a customer I feel like it?s important to be surrounded by a positive atmosphere. I got the opposite vibe from this place and I will not be returning.

Very slow service, it wasn't busy but quite a long wait to be served. Lovely drink tho and a good place to meet for a coffeeParking: Make sure you stay within the time allowed, I think it's two hours. It's easy to over stay and get a fine
