5 stars for delivery service! We haven't visited this Co-op shop yet, but anytime we order online (via food delivery app) they are the only ones that complete the order straight away and have all the items in stock. We once received it within 10mins ?

The old indian lady on the till needs to behave and respect her customers. Always throwing attitude on face which is definitely not a pleasant experience at the till.

Bad experience ever had in my life I been today to pick up some banana and lettuce 4 of them at the store Rita was in the till when I asked for pay she?s rood and said busy if you want wait (no please) please who?s the manager of the store teach some manors she dose this to me all the time worse of my time

ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!!!! My colleagues daughter is in distress as being followed by a male whos stood outside your store, and no one is answering the phone for me to discuss to help her!

Live in UK for almost 6 years, and I have never heard that when I give someone my ID Card from my country it is not ID they want when I am buying alcohol!!! Indian lady was very rude, I wanted a bag and she said she will give it to me later, so I started scanning my items when I scanned Prosecco, she wanted my ID so I gave it to her , she said that is not proper ID!!! Are you kidding me ? Manager had to come and told her is is fine. Train your staff more properly, she did not give me that bag either, I had to ask for it again from manager !!!

Rude staff, extremely small corridors. Dirty and disorganised. Always seem to be restocking during open hours which makes it impossible to shop and they don't seem to be bothered by customers and won't let you reach the shelves.

Rude staff, especially the indian guy, when I have arrived at 21:55 he said we've shut at 10, even though they have written on the shop window open evwry day 7-11pm
