Initially I was happy with my nose piercing. But after about 6 weeks it kept falling out. I then went to a needled based piercing place which did a much better piercing. Smaller bar with a screw. No problems, didn't fall out and they will adjust the post length for free.

We got our daughter's ears pierced last month and one of the crystal from the earrings came off. The broken earring was immediately replaced with a smile and no complaints and Sabrina happily answered all our queries and helped us chose another pair of earrings...great experience and special thanks to Sabrina for super customer service.

I havent been to claires since i was a teenager n ever since having my daughter theres been sooo much changes. I visited today to get my daughters ears pierced and honestly Elaine was sooo brilliant i walked in with a friend on saturday to how much it all cost and questions i had that were answered properly and she did not rush the questions and went over the price with me and everythingelse that i needed to know. I then called the store today to confirm whether elaine was going to be in today and she was so we dropped in to get her ears pierced and honestly even though my 2 year old was crying moving alot we managed to get it done n elaine and amna were soo calm even though this job is very stressful specially as a child would not sit still. Thank you so much for ur service today . Even after the piercing was done elaine went over explaining how to use the solution etc. brilliant service i wouldnt trust all the other jewellery shops doing the ear piercing as claires have done it for years.

I was given dates that were available to book for my girls party at St.Albans store by the manager, I decided on one of those dates the day after but the manager wasn?t in and I was told they would have to get back to me once they have spoken to manager again. Then was told I couldn?t book at all as there?s not enough staff? Awful communication awful service and the woman that was in charge of getting back to me has no clue in what she?s doing. I won?t be doing this again!

Do not bother booking for ear piercing, turn up with daugher who is excited. Get told it can not be done as wrong staff.

Perfect store for girls. All types of accessories that one can find. Earrings, rings and necklaces, sets that contain several items. There are lits of accessories like small bags, hair ribbons and more. You can find interesting, glittering and cute stationery. This is my granddaughter's favorite store, and she always finds something to buy

She had time and patience to check the baby again for us even when I started panic about the piercing week later. She did a fantastic job.Thank you very much.

My daughter had a private party for her and 9 friends at Claire's in Watford. It was amazing! The ladies who ran the party played games, sprayed the girls' hair with coloured hairspray, painted their nails and put face glitter on them. They were all given £15 vouchers to spend and the ladies running it helped the girls decide what to buy / helped them with how much they had left to spend. They totally had the kids in control and the girls had SO much fun. Lots of them said it was the best party they had ever been to. My daugher had the BEST time. Thank you.

Little shop but tidy and friendly staff.I went there to look for a last minute birthday gift for my little sister. There was a great variety of items and good deals (buy 6 pay for 3).However, if you have time I would suggest looking on their website first and ordering if possible as they have even better deals.When I was doing the shop I checked online and pretty much all the items I picked out were discounted by 50% or so compared to the in-shop prices! So definitely something to keep in mind.
