If I could give 0 stars I would. I am highly allergic to chilli as it is a trigger for my IBS. I placed an order over the phone for collection and asked for a mixed pepper, red onion, cheese and chicken pizza. It took me 5 attempts to explain to the restaurant what I wanted as the man taking my order had very poor English. When my son collected the pizza it had Chillies and jalapeños in it! I called them up and was told I am wrong it is peppers despite it being extremely hot so I went down to the restaurant with the pizza and they still argued. In the end I got a refund for the pizza but no apology.
Don?t order over the phone to this restaurant if you have allergies!

Very bad Service the guy there is rude thinks hes doing u a favour the food matches the bad service imagine if u ask for sauce he never give u and ask u to bring your plate to put some in itNever back there again i strongly don?t recommend it

SHAMBLES! Any chef will tell you that when making a pizza the sauce is absolutely quintessential to it's composition yet this restaurant neglected to use any on the pizza at all.It's a shame as the pizza itself had a wonderful cook on the cheese and base but what I recieved doesn't resemble pizza in the slightest, dry, and utterly sauceless.I have included photos of a slice with the cheese removed as well as the underneath of the actual cheese to show proof what I'm saying. It's a shame as the sauce is my favourite part of a pizza.I'm unlikely to use this restaurant again which is a shame because the service and prices are great but sauceless cheese on toast isn't what I wanted.I can't mark the atmosphere as it was a delivery order.

Absolutely terrible, got most of the order wrong (would not admit fault) refused to give refund, aweful phone manners and after all that, the food was terrible. Never again.........steer clear unless you want food poisoning.

Worst pizza joint ever! Yes, the prices are attractive but please, dont get fooled by that.Staff are rude and ( apologies for saying this) but barely can communicate in English?! Horrible customer service!Their product is so bad that shouldn't be sold! Italians would be offended.They try their best to avoid cash payments and this is obviously for tax avoiding reasons.Not to mention that the place lacks in basic cleanliness!Please avoid

Well the last few time we ordered for delivery has been horrible. However ordered 4 pizzas tonight . When they finally arrived 2 of the pizza dough wasn't cooked way to thick.2 of them looked like a foot had slipped on them .... pineapple on pizza that's not ment to have it on the pizza extra tight on the cheese on each pizza...... definitely won't be ordering from them again ..... don't know if they have changed ownership but its gone right down hill.

I ordered a lamb donor wrap,chicken burger and 2 portions of chips.lt was disgusting,when l went into the shop the bloke who served me hardly spoke English and was in jeans and a coat,l asked where his uniform was he said 'in wash' ,when he was preparing the food he had no gloves on,and when it was all packed in the bag l waited another 2mins for the chips while the food was getting cold.I got home and opened the wrap up to add sauce and the meat was crusty and well overcooked/or had been sitting in the container for a long time.l called them to complain,they put the phone down on me so l went to the shop with the food, and he looked disgusted himself and gave me £10 back saying patronisinly to me "customer right" numerous times.I WON'T BE RETURNING

Ordered at 18.07 delivered at 19.03.Delivery driver no issues very polite.Food arrived cold, chicken nuggets and chips were hard overcooked.Called to raise this issue, politely, until the Guy was very rude no remorse, sarcastic and very inconsiderate. All it takes is ?I do apologise, However ? (try and rectify rather than thinking customer is in the wrong!!) ?WOULD NOT order from here again!!

Ordered online for takeaway?. Processed at 7pm? 36 minutes later it said order rejected!?? But they took money from my bank as was pending. I phoned up with constant engaged call, finally got through?. Spoke to a man he said problem with system? took my order number and said be with me within 15-20 minutes? it?s now 21.15pm and still no food and now too late to eat or order elsewhere. Phone constantly engaged, probably with many unhappy customers also. Terrible service and will get my bank to deal with them for my refund.

I ordered directly from their website at 7.24. Order was confirmed at 7.25. Order was delivered at 8.50pm.When I called to ask where my food was, I was told delivery driver was on their way with no apology. This is disappointing considering my food arrived 1 hour and 25 minutes after ordering.
