Prices weren?t the same as stated online for the same grade of items, and person serving had no idea what he was doing, booking in the wrong item before I had to correct him. I?d go with another branch!

First time I've sold stuff to CEX, they should be an entertainment venue!! All the staff seemed to thoroughly enjoy their jobs, good banter between them and good rapport with customers.Happy with the deal I got as well.

Amd phenom II CPU Ordered from this branchQuality control from this branch:There is no quality control at all!The processor arrived with 12 bent pins making this processor unusable and dead!Customer Support:Again the only support is online and i have dyslexia so when filling in online forms it blurs into one making it impossible to contact them at all for any support.Result of this purchase:I am now left out of pocket with a dead unusable CPU.Avoid CEX altogether is my best most genuine advice their warranties mean nothing if they cannot be contacted

I thought I was at Sesame Street, this shop is run by Muppets. I don't know what the staff are doing, there's plenty of them, but you just feel ignored . Prices never match the online prices, I bought some stuff in to sell and the price slowly went down and down. In the end I took it all away with me, I would be happier giving it away to charity, than let this company make a profit.

I've had a horrible experience, I put it an online order for Gears of war 4 omen red controller, did not receive said controller I instead received a random red controller with a blue wire which I did not order. Also said controller didn't work correctly. When I sent it back have been accused of sending them the wrong controller back even tho I have evidence showing my fiance taking it out the box with other items ordered, they said they have evidence it was the wrong one sent back, but have not provided any and are not ignoring my emails. Will be contacting citizens advice bureau.

Fantastic staff and store. Friendly and feels personal. Huge dvd section, although Blu-ray bit can definitely do with more of a bigger stock amount and space, but again that could be because it?s a relatively small store. All in all a lovely place with lovely staff. Reading some of the negative reviews for here and all I can see is a bunch of karens everywhere seriously ?

Sent my fiance the wrong controller with their order, argued about it, saying they had "evidence", but didn't sent over any actual evidence, sent them a video of me opening the box to show the wrong controller, heard nothing back from them, no email replies or anything, and then sent me the SAME Pad again, without the charger this time!, making the pad actually useless!! What is going on??
