Spoke to Mark in the Watford CEX who is the most arrogant, unprofessional person I've ever come across, how Mark is doing that job is beyond me, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, WOULD NEVER SHOP IN CEX AGAIN. Best 60 pounds I've ever wasted not having to see that Mark or CEX again.

Thank you to the guy with the green dangly earring for amazing customer service. I was having a very stressful day and he helpfully made all the decisions for me so I didn?t have to think - I ended up with a charger even better than what I wanted (multiple charging port options, didn?t even know that was a thing). He also cheered me up, which definitely isn?t in the job description.

Beware of CeX ? thieves in disguise!
I returned a drone that was faulty, and they refused to give me a refund. They claim it works fine, but as a customer, I have every right to test the product and return it if it doesn?t function properly.
I?ve escalated the issue via Klarna and my lawyer is now involved.
They take no responsibility and seem more interested in keeping your money than providing decent service.
Avoid this place at all costs. Total scam.

Have traded in iPhone and AirPods. The trade-in value is reasonable. They guided me signing out from iCloud. I just needed to wait for 30 minutes for the inspection of the condition. People are nice as well.

This store,is dishonest and tries to scam people. I sent in a iPhone se 2022 in good condition fully working, I have evidence of this and they falsely claiming it?s none working and offered me £5. This isn?t the first time. The first time they broke the screen on my other iPhone and claimed the insurance from Royal Mail and refused to provide the compensation. Well this time I am taking cex to court

Bought a robot hoover from the online store and it wouldnt hold charge, had to go in to my local store to return and i ordered a new one online. New one sent out from the same watford store without a charger this time so had to go in to my local store again to get them to resolve it and watford sent the charger out. Got the charger for the new hoover and this one also doesnt hold charge so had to return it to my local store again. Bought a razer mouse instead which was sent out from the watford store and im having to return that also as the left click is broken. If you're ordering anything online and watford have them in stock dont order as 3 out of 3 things ive had from them in a row have all been broken
