Have tried to call the branch and the national customer service line but both operators don't work and the call cuts off during intro speech. Tried using an office phone with no luck. How can you operate like this?

Today I dealt with "Wax" at the Carphone warehouse Watford.What an excellent service, so professional, so nice, so polite, so knowledgeable and what a fantastic sense of humour ?.If you need a new mobile phone then look no further and ask for "Wax".Thanks very very much and can't reccomend highly enough ? ?

Opening times show that it closes at 8 on the Carphone Warehouse website and on Google states 7pm and I have just rung them today at 5.40pm and the automated system states "This store is now closed". I also tried calling them yesterday before 8pm and got the same response.Is this store even open at all?

I was so apprehensive about visiting the store after all the awful reviews! Both service advisors were brilliant and helped me effortlessly.They were polite and friendly.

Signed up for a broadband connection from store, when manager Jason offered £100 cashback with that package to price match a online deal. He mentioned after three month you will get that. After 3 months went, took the bank details. But not received nothing. Follow up after 3 more months. But nothing got. End of the day loose the money. Don't trust this place you could get better price online and they promise like nothing to make you to buy from them.So disappointed.

I am aware that such a small store is probably only has one member of staff and he was busy already with a customer. However a simple acknowledgement or I'll be with you in a few minutes or 20 minutes would have been good, the fact someone noticed my existence of me standing there would of been better than the feelings that I experienced. You need my business more than I need yours and you have lost that today. By the way for a phone shop ironically it is impossible to call into the store hence my waste of journey.

Was waiting to be seen for 15 minutes, all we wanted was to ask a question regarding Apple MacBook Pro. The junior staff were much more helpful than the senior ones. if you are going to have a SALE then Curry's PC should have more staff on site. We decided to buy from Apple Store instead. Customer service is so much better

Spilt water on my laptop last night and KnowHow were able to retrieve my files - I am SO thankful! We then spent over 2 hours with Hezron who was so very helpful in giving us all the options for a new laptop. Thank you so much for all of his help and guidance this morning!
