Absolutely perfect customer service! Great advice, guidance and efficiently sorted out everything I would need for a whole floor of carpeting. David and John were incredibly helpful through the whole process. Our fitters were also amazing and the carpet looks wonderful- Arash, Sam and Sam all were super efficient and completed the task in a matter of hours! Thanks so much!

John at the Watford store was extremely helpful. I popped in on 03/06 to check the status of my carpet, which was due in that week as per order when placed. I was informed it would be 4 weeks, which was no good to me as I had a bed and furniture due to be delivered. Both John and David did a full stock search for an alternative carpet but none matched my original choice, John then suggested I pop over to the Hemel Hempstead store as they a lot more variety in stock, this I did and Ashley helped me pick an alternative one that was in stock and ammended my order. John then arranged for it to be fitted the following afternoon 04/06. I can not express my gratitude to John for his help in this matter, despite the delay being out of Carpetright's hands. Mistakes and errors happen, but it is how a company deals with the issue that proves that company's mettle and I can confidently say, Carpetright came through with flying colours. The 2 fitters, F Khan and Babba were brilliant and extremely accommodating. Very happy customer, would recommend them.

Fantastic experience at Carpetright Watford, knowledgable and friendly assistance from Adam who helped us navigate through all of the options and find us a really good deal on our new flooring. Really happy with our new flooring and the whole experience was great, highly recommend.
