Very kind staff help me to find what I want but that black girl whose on till is not good she has too much ego,vulger behavior I asking her 5 times for my stuff but she can't show me and ignore me all time.

Website needs updated with the correct times so people are wasting their time going back and forward! Opening hours online say 10am!! Sign on the wall outside the shop says 11am. Update for your customers!

When buying balloons after paying you have to wait until they serve the next customers and only then will they inflate your balloons with helium!!!!! Rude and unpleasant service. I do not recommend!!

Terribly slow service. If you are buying balloons you pay first, then they are serving everyone else before they would start inflating your balloons.

Don?t come here if you need a balloon quickly. They are under resourced so serve everyone else until there?s space to pump it up. Get more cover please!!!!

Came today to get a balloon for my daughter's birthday, it was mega busy and only one member of staff. felt sorry for her. They need to sort out cover.
