15 minutes before closing time they won't inflate a balloon using an excuse that the helium is out. They simply didn't want it as front of me they sold 2 other which was inflated.Tomorrow is my son's 5th birthday, he is so excited and due to the lazy staff I can't give him a balloon in the morning before the school. This is not the first time I find the staff careless and unmotivated. They don't think someone is running after work to surprise someone with a balloon. I will be going to the workshops instead of this disappointing experience

Went to card factory in the atria shopping centre Watford, to get some birthday cards etc for our daughters birthday,They have a large selection of birthday cards, occasion cards, and lots of present stuff too,They have a large selection of Christmas cards in now, all cards etc are at a good price,Bought some 2023 calenders there as well,Definitely a place to go to get birthday party stuff like helium balloons etc,Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Lots of cards and gifts in stock. Clean and tidy store.Had to wait for 5 minutes in a queue as the lady was more interested in putting her bags out than serving the long line of customers building up.Wasn?t until someone rudely told her to get on the till that she did and she was the most miserable person I?ve ever met. No smiling no friendliness. Just wanted to get the customers out, the frustration was clear on face.They fill up helium balloons for free for you when you hit them there. They have a nice range of gifts for all occasions and ages.They have cheap and cheerful cards. Just wish the staff would be a bit more customer friendly.

Pretty much evrything you need for quick last minute decorations and cards. It is quite cheap and staff is always helpful. They inflate and pack the helium balloons nicely for you, at no extra cost.
